I look like any other unmodified person. That's not enough is it? Nope? Ok then. I stand at precisely 5ft 3.8 inches. Exactly. I weigh 90 pounds, this is because I do not eat much.

I have blond hair that falls to my shoulders. I also have green eyes. My nose is fairly small. I could give you the measurements, but there would be no purpose for you to have those. I have no scars on my body. I do not have any wrinkles. Also, stealing botox from the Capitol is easy.

Some people describe me as cold, others describe me as heartless. Sometimes I have been called a psychopath, others call me a genius. Most people just call me a bitc*.

I'd describe myself as a rational person, a logical person. Because really, that's the only type of person that makes sense to me. At all. Any actions done without logic, such as things based on "morals" make no sense.

I exist to serve myself. And that's it. Nobody else. Not the Capitol, not the Districts. Anything I do is done for me. Or for science. I love science. Science is logical. Physical science, mathematics, it's all logical. It all makes sense, it's all logical. And logic is the only thing that makes sense.

Nobody is really sure where Stacy Stevens came from. Those who have met her often say that she came from the depths of hell. A District Four fisherman once said that he saw her walk out of the ocean, but he was talking to the wall of a bar.

What is known is that at age 18 Stacy killed her boss who worked in the Office of Science with her. She pinned a letter to his body, announcing that she had killed him because he was infringing on the progress of science. Peacekeepers were unable to find the man's wallet, or any of his belongings on him. It is presumed that Stacy stole them.

Though it took months, Peacekeepers eventually traced the murder to Stacy. When they busted down her door, they found that the place was abandoned. The only things she had left behind were bombs which promptly detonated, destroying her house and five others.
Stacy is wanted for murder and treason, the bounty on her head is 1,000,000 million dollars and all Peacekeepers are instructed to shoot her on site if they see her.
