Appearance:

Toe has creamed colored hair. His eyes are blue alot like his sister. He has sevral burn scars along his legs and is not scared to show them. He wears jean shorts most of the time but somtimes will wear long black pants.

His shirt is gray and dirty. His hands are rough and he has a nice tan. His shoes are gray with some blue in them. His hair is shaggy and goes down to the middle of his forehead.

Personality:

Toe is quite creativy, he is almost always fidgeting with wire or anything he can find. He is over cofident in his abilty and believes his traps never fail. He builds traps in the steerts of district 6 to trap people so he and his sister can rob them.

Toe is stubborn and hates it when people make fun of his name. He is constantly asked if he likes tomatos for thats what his name sounds like if you say it out loud. He hates tomatos.

Toe can be extremly delicate when makeing things, he can also be extremly delicate with people. He is quite kind and often burlts things out by acciendt. Even though it is a rare treat, Toe likes chocolte.

History:

Toe was born into a family of three. He had two sisters but one got reaped when he was 6. His other sister is his twin, at least in looks. Other then that they are extremly different.

When his sister got reaped she died quickly within entering the area. His mother broke down a little but recovered. But when his dad left a year later, his mother completely broke down. She shows her affection towards her kids by thowing glass bottles at their heads.

When his mother broke down Toe paniced but relaxed as people gave them money. Toe relized that one day they wouldn't be given money so he made traps. After trail and error he made traps that were almost immpossible to escape, so that when the money stopped coming they would be fine.

You're going to have to expand and re-do quite a bit. Let's get started, shall we?

APPEARANCE;

-- tell me about his face. is it round, narrow? does he have baby cheeks? what about his teeth?
-- you completely skipped over his torso and arms/hands. add that.
-- where did he get his scars from, and why isn't he afraid to show them? are they not that bad?
-- are his jeans tight, do they fit?
-- what is his height and weight? try and make it realistic
-- add some flaws. is his nose crooked? is an ear swollen? are his fingernails gross?

PERSONALITY;
-- um, creativy isn't a word
-- why does he like wire? is he good with it?
-- what traps? why does he have traps? this isn't District Nine, there isn't supposed to be any trapping going on
-- um, wouldn't somebody notice these traps in the street? this isn't the ghettos, dude. people would care if you're suddenly robbing people with leet ninja skills
-- why did his parents name him Toe? and why does he hate tomatoes? hell, this is D6. how does he even get tomatoes?
-- you can't be delicate with things and people but be loud. those are two opposites that NEVER work. besides, why would he be making things? again, this is District Six. medical stuff here.
-- I wouldn't put liking chocolate under personality...

-- but seriously. give him more traits, real ones. self-conscious, shy, courageous, brash, bold, cunning, etc. give him life!

HISTORY;
-- how are they different? is she prettier, different hair? what about voice and personality?
-- sister? was his other sister older by quite a bit, then? because she can't be reaped when she's six
-- why did their father leave? and why is his mother so abusive? what does he do to make her dislike him so much?
-- and why would people give them money?
-- you have to change the traps. that's ridiculous and altogether highly improbable; trapping people like animals? sorry, I don't think so.
-- expand. give me his childhood, school life. girlfriends, boyfriends?
