Appearance:

Alexa is average height, with average length arms and legs. She's quite skinny, and her face is long and slender. Her skin is a shade darker than olive, but she has a disease that makes certain parts of her skin lighter than others. Her knees, elbows, parts of her neck, and stomach are much lighter than her natural skin tone, as a result.

Her hair is dark brown, almost black, with small, tight waves, down to just below her chest. Her eyes are large, and brown, and she has thick eyebrows. Her nose is a bit large, and smooth. She has a mole on her back, near her neck, but she hides it often.

Personality:

Alexa seems like a goodie-good girl. She is clever, and kind. She cares about people, and is always willing to help. She is quick and knows a lot about patching up wounds.

However, inside, Alexa is consumed by jealously. She tries not to show it, but when aggravated, can lash out fiercely.
She has a very fiery temper, and is not someone you want to cross. Her philosophy is:If you help someone, something good will happen back to you. This often doesn't work, sparking her anger, and jealousy.

Though she tries desperately to hide it, Alexa has alot of fears. She's afraid of closed, tight spaces, the dark, heights, illnesses, and so on. She tries her best to hide it, and if she has to, forces herself to forget them, momentarily. She's very determined, yet she cowers under her fears, and is even afraid to confront them.

History:

Alexa grew up as an only child. Her parents are both coal miners, and while they work from morning to evening, they always managed to find time to spend with Alexa. She was never spoiled, but she was always given the proper amount of love she deserved.

She grew up in the Seam, and sometimes helps run a service in the Hob, and outside the mines, patching up wounds for money. She usually uses this money on herself, or her parents. If she comes across someone in need, she sometimes gives it, or uses it on them. She can only fix wounds because she is hopeless with medecines and herbs.

Alexa was and is always, being a Seam girl, second best to those around her. She wears hand-me-down clothes from her mom, and is usually avoided because of her skin. Because of this, she developed a deep jealousy for anyone who has anything better than her. To mask this, she tries to be as caring as possible, and earns straight As in school, and is known for her kindness.
