Lilac Vincent- District 11

She is a tan girl with short brown hair. She is small for her age, and she looks as if she is about 8 or 9. She has bright icy blue eyes.
She usually wears the plain clothes that they usually wear in district 11, but she enjoys the color blue and loves wearing that.

She is quiet and calm. Her best traits are being patient with those around her, and she loves to make new friends. Her friends usually come to her for advice, and even her older sister will also!
Her worst trait is lying. She thinks that the capitol should just back off, but she lies about everything she does. Lying, lying lying etc. She can't help it any more.
I think that if she was in the Hunger Games, she would make an alliance. Even older kids need her advice and she is very good at knot tying and making fires.

Her mother and father died when she was seven. No one really cared, she moved in with her grand-parents, who she still doesn't see enough. At least they had the money to send her to school. She wished she had a sibling and she gets very lonely with her grand-parents.
She hopes one day to go to the Hunger Games. I know its strange, but thats what she wants to do. Everything in her life is so bland and dull, she just wants something to happen, she wants to be able to rebel against the capitol by winning the Hunger Games.
Year after year she's watched tributes go and fight in the Hunger Games, and now its finally her year. Not this year, but she hopes next year, or the next. One year, she will, she's sure of it.
