Prina 11

My character is average height for her age, and slightly underweight. She has blonde hair and blue eyes that are very uncharacteristic for her district. She often wears her hair in a ponytail, and wears clothes that are too big for her that belonged to her father. She has big eyes and big lips, and delicate little nose.
Prina looks frail because she's very skinny. She's bronzed from field work.

Prina is sensitive, and doesn't like doing anything to hurt other people. She always tries to do her best and what is right. She has a good sense of humor and she's very smart. She does get upset easily however, and often is afraid of disappointing people.
She can be very sarcastic and witty when she wants to be and is remarkably smart for her age. She usually tries her hardest, but sometimes when pushed to her limit, Prina feels the need to give up. Prina can see patterns in things and can analyze them quite well. Sometimes, she lets people take advantage of her, because she's too nice to do otherwise. She's been very protected by her older sister, so she has not quite yet learned to stand up for herself. But in general, she's a very sweet person, who can be funny and smart, and sometimes a touch too sensitive.

Prina had once had 5 other family members. A father, Duke, a mother, Careena, a sister, Eliana, and two brothers, Silas and Jace. When Prina was two, her younger brother Jace was born. Soon afterwards, her mother and father were taken captive by the Capitol as suspected rebels. Her mother was eventually killed by the Capitol and her father held captive for slightly longer. In the meantime, little baby Jace had been at home with Prina, and her two older siblings who had no idea how to get food or to take care of a baby. By the time Duke was released, Jace had died. Duke had had trouble getting back on track afterwards but managed to provide for their family until Silas turned 18. He got a job and her sister Eliana, who was 14, started to work around the town and taking out tessarae like Silas had at her age. All of the children ended up wearing Duke's old clothing which was veyr large for them, causing teasing and conflicts for them from other kids. Now, Prina is 12, and Eliana is 15, and they both take out many tessarae, while Silas is 19 and has the only job he could manage. Her older siblings are very protective of her, and they're all very close.
