He lives in District 13, and is 23 years old.I'm pretty sure he's a male. Yeah, he is.My shadow followed when you walked away,

His appearance? Well it's something.
His facial features are unique, well everyone's are. Let's start with his face-shape, since that's really an important part. I'll say the shape is in the shape of a basic oval, with a thinner part at his chin area. His skin is tan without any freckles or acne. His face is long and his cheeks are thin. The brown eyelashes of his are curving above his eyes like a rainbow, and they aren't any longer than three inches. His eyelashes are short, and a little darker than his brown hair.
Cap's nose is long, and normally blood is dripping from them. He gets nose bleeds a lot, but it's nothing too serious. To start with his lips, they're a pale pink color, and the top part is thinner than the bottom lip. His ears are big, and they're a lighter color than his dark tan skin.
Let's see...his hair. The color of his hair is a dark brown, it's just a single tint away from matching the dirt. Clife's hair is soft and a medium size, never progressing enough to reach any of his eyebrows. Cap's hair also slowly fades, reaching a slightly chestnut brown color by the time it grows three inches. It normally get's tangled up and is a pain for him in the morning.
Blue is the color of his big, round eyes. In the inside, you can see a small hint of brown and the outside, a hue of gray. His black pupil is actually the more dominate part of his eye, bye a little bit. His eyes are a little bigger than average and they're dull, and hardly ever shine, not even in the strongest of lights.
The chest of Cap's is shaved. He doesn't have any six packs, but he does have a scar on his appendix, well where it was. He had gotten it removed to donate it to someone. His arms a a little buff. His legs are slightly hairy, along with his arms, but his thigh is fat, well not really fat. His toenails and fingernails are filled with dirt and such.

Okay, his personality? I can tell you that.
Clife has many problems in his life, but some of them should wait. I guess I can say one of them is he's gay. Which means he likes males, but, I hope you'd be respectful, since he's one of the doctors at District 13. Cap found a liking at helping others when day while he was voyaging through the woods, but again, that's a different story. Cap really also liked healing people, as long as he remembered. That leads us to another thing.Clife cares about others, which is good, but sometimes, he completely forgets about himself. Which isn't good sometimes, because of his Orthostatic Hypertension. A disease in which you get nosebleeds often, but isn't harmful most of the time. Clife normally gets one-three nosebleeds a week, so it isn't too severe.
Hmmh. Cap is jealous person, but he's mainly jealous of people with families. Why, you ask? He doesn't have a slight memory of any of his parents. Truth be told, his dad died in the 33rd Hunger Games, since his dad, Jason, was only 17 when he got Melonie, his mom pregnant, and she died at birth. But again, that belongs somewhere else. No one ever really tells Clife anything about them, he makes sure they don't, since he'd probably be even sadder.

His history, ehh? This might take a while. To make it easy, I'll start from the birth of Cap.
Maybe getting pregnant at seventeen wasn't a smart idea, and since her husband died in the recent Hunger Games, she had no one else except for the baby she was soon going to give birth to. Her family moved far away, on the other side of District 2, area of most professional Doctors. Plus, Cap's mom never even thought that she would die while giving birth. So that was that, Cap was brought to his aunt Katherine, he lived with her in District 2 until he was 16, then he ran away, into the woods.
The years he did live in District 2, Cap really liked helping his aunt treat patients. Clife also discovered he was gay, and liked males. But enough was enough at District 2, sure, he was a Career Tribute, but he really disliked The Games, and couldn't stand to be in The District Square one more time. He always wondered how his dad handled being reaped, how far he gotten into it. But his Aunt Katherine told him nothing and so Cap didn't ask a lot.
After Cap was in the woods for four woods, living off of berries he found and water, he discovered District 13, which was still a living and growing community. The head doctors quickly realized his skilled and hired him. Cap was excited and his first days went great. But for the first year or two, Clife was quiet in the society. Just a teeny bit shy. but after those years, he grew comfortable and realized most people here accepted who he was, and not someone he was pretending to be.
Clife is now twenty-three, healthy, and has no memory of any of his parents. It's probably best that way, so I'd never miss them, or regret running away and never getting to meet their parents. Because inside, even though his parents got knocked-up at seventeen, he always thought they were probably really nice people. And they were.
