Violet Grace. DISTRICT11.

Violet's body is very skinny, making hard for her to eat, and when she does, she can't eat a lot. She's tall for her age, at 6 feet 2 inches. Her tan skin was earned from her days outside in the sun collecting fruits. Her face has many marks from being whipped. She stole an apple on a blazing hot day, leading to a punishment. Violet hates her red hair, but her family loves it. It's straight, and, well, Violet-like. Her friends are jealous of her hair. Red-heads are practically going instinct. Her eyes are nothing special, just an average blue.

Violet normally wears a sweatshirt or jacket. She isn't picky about how she dresses. On her legs she just wears sweat pants or jeans, they're both comfortable clothing. And keep in warm during the winter.

She might like music, if she could hear. When she was seven and stole the apple, the whip gave her a concision, and she lost the ability to hear. But if people cared enough about her, they learned sign language. Violet was a very nice girl. She was never really mean to people, and seemed to get along with others easily. Only because she would hate to get treated wrong.

Violet really hated show-offs. It doesn't matter where, when, why, and who, it annoyed the heck out of her. Also, nerds. She didn't mind them. But they were like, teachers pet's. Nobody really liked them.

Beside the fact of her being deaf, she had great eyesight, and could see a bee fly from about fifteen feet away. And I mean the tiny ones. Of course she never dared to go near one, she could be really allergic, like her dad. And, Violet was mighty afraid of those insects.

Growing up was fun, until of course the whipping accident and the death of her two family members. See, it was harvesting time and Violet, her sister, Melonie, and her dad were playing around. All seemed perfect beforehand, and really, Violet wished it would have stayed the same way, but it didn't.

When a bee came things went downhill. It stung Melonie, who was tiny and as allergic as her dad was, and she instantly fell to the ground. Violet screamed and cried, looking at her little sister suffer was horrible. Why couldn't it be her, Violet who got stung, not her little five year old sister. Her dad went to get a medic, they got there, and took Melonie inside, and forced us to keep working. I was crying.

People came and comforted me. Saying stuff like everything will be fine. But she knew better than that. She knew it was a 50|50 chance. Two days later her sister died. Her mom then committed suicide, she loved Melonie, Melonie was her life. Violet was more of a father's girl. But no matter, her two favorite girls disappeared within two days. And it was torture.
