Stella Jade Parker (District 12)

Long, brown hair with blonde highlights. It get greasy VERY easily, making her have to wash it a lot, or just leave it that way. She usually just leaves it, making her hair look wet. Her hair is thick and hard to tame, so sometimes she doesn't even try to comb it. She usually cuts it to about shoulder length, so its easy to brush. Her mother loves her hair and hates when she cuts it, so at the moment it stretches to about her waist. Stella has a natural beauty, she doesn't need Capitol make-up or surgery, and she doesn't want them either. She has fairly tan skin and a long scar that runs down from her elbow to her thumb. Very very strong, but looks fragile and pretty.

She has grey, Seam eyes. Has strong, long legs and arms that she use to her advantage for running. Hates it when people slouch,which her mother does, she stands with her shoulders back and head held high.

Stella is an overall happy girl, but then again, also not someone to be messed with. Her grandfather on her mothers side, a former Games winner, taught her how to fight. Just in case she was ever chosen in the reaping. She is also very strong and swift. Is pretty good at making quick decisions.

Is an a street smart kind of person, not as much book smarts. She tries hard to do good in school, but she often fails. Her only good subject is math, which she gets mostly A's in. In her free time she likes to sneak away to the forest, that is the only place she actually feels at home. Most of her deep thinking is done there.

Is mostly happy and likes to laugh. She loves to run, is kinda competitive. She has dated a lot of boys, and ton have crushes on her. After a recent, painful breakup she is taking a break from dating.

Its not always kind, Stella easily get mad at people, never her parents, just sometimes her classmates. They pick on her for bad grades and she lashes out, sometimes hurting them very badly. Afterwards she always feels terrible, she can't help it though.

A very good planner and leader. She will not hesitate to hurt someone if they threaten or hurt her, her family, or friends. If you earn her trust you have a friend for life, but if get on her bad side.... I would sleep with one eye open.

Stella was found wandering in the Meadow by a young couple that lived in the nicer part of 12, she was five years old, starving, and without a family. They instantly took her in as their daughter. She was loved and cared for. She never asked if they were her real parents, and they never told.

When she started school there were only 2 things she excelled in, PE and math. Just about everything else she sucked at, but she didn't let that bother her. By the time she was 11 she could easily beat just about everyone in her class at a race, wrestling match or difficult math question. But when it came to reading, spelling, science and history, they laughed at her. Having barely any friends was hard, but she worked her way through it, like everything else, she didn't like to sweat the small stuff.

Her mother was a butcher and her father was a doctor, or healer as they may call it. Stella loved that he didn't have to work in the mines, so many of her classmates parents died in mining accidents.

Last month her parents finally told her that she was not their real child, she was crushed. She yelled, screamed, cried, and broke stuff. They didn't expect her to take it that bad, they thought it would answer all her unanswered questions. All Stella could think of was Why? Why hadn't they just told me before? Wht had they lied to me all these years Since then they haven't talked much, at all really. She just ate meals with them and then either went into town or the woods or her room.
