Appearance: His facial features vaguely stand
out. His nose is a bit bigger than most people, and the point of it is
round, not sharp. His cheeks are a bit bonier because of his long and thin face, and they are dotted with freckles which contrast against his dyed, sea-green skin. His eyebrows curve around his eyes like a rainbow over a hill, the thickness of his eyebrows is normal. His eye is shaped like an... almond. Tyler's lips are thin, and naturally a light pink color. Above them is a thin mustache. His chin sticks out a little at the bottom of his tall, oval-shaped face. His ears are small and the left one has a single piercing.
Even though Tyler is practically an adult, he still has minor acne breakouts, which lead to red blotches on his face. Then, Tyler just has to wait for the ugly things to go away.
His eyes are unique in a way, being in a shade of purple, of course they're contacts,but he likes to keep that a secret. Around his eye you can see a silver twinkle, it's a little something to give his eyes a zing! Even though they were pretty nice already. But people in The Capitol sometimes underrate themselves way too much. Clyde's eyebrow's have blue glittery specks in them to brighten them a bit, and plus, Clyde finds the blue goes rather nice with the purple hue and silver glow. Maybe that's just him. You can easily see a red color around his eyes from his sleeping disorder.
His brown hair, it's at a medium length. He added some highlights to it. What color? Yellow, of course, his hair needs to have some flavor. He specifically got the tips of his hair, and some parts in the middle, colored so it'd stand out. Tyler normally just brushes his hair to the left side, along his forehead. The tips of his hair slightly became wavier, and if he ever grew it long enough to be down to his ears, it would probably be even wavier. If you felt his hair, it'd feel soft, but rather thick.
Tyler's height stands at six feet three inches and is weight is two-hundred thirty-four. But, he seems really skinny, I guess his height adds some invisible weight. His hands are huge, and his fingers aren't too chubby. But his feet? They're wide and big, and sometimes it's hard for him to find a shoe that fits him. His whole body, is dyed, like his face, a sea-green color, which is almost a slight tint of aqua blue.
His arms and likes aren't very muscular-looking, but he's strong enough. His chest has no hairs on it, but he does have a thin happy trail. The brown hair on his stomach vastly contrasts with his artificial skin color. The molars in his mouth are fake, and different metallic colors, ranging from gold to bronze, from silver to copper. Tyler really likes his appearance, others seem to think it's a little too artificial.
Personality: All in all, truth in truth, Tyler isn't the most fascinating person in the world, he's like some people in the Capitol. One main thing, is that Tyler likes to get want he wants. If it means food, he gets it, an animal, he gets it, and any person, man or women, he'll at least try to get. That brings us to the next part, he's bisexual, he's openly bisexual.

As you know, Tyler is sort of a part animal One thing though, is he doesn't really like to be made fun of just because he's bi, he isn't ashamed, but he feels just because he's different he shouldn't be taunted. Because everyone has a flaw. Tyler can be nice, too, as long as you're nice to him.
Tyler can also be deceiving, he does this really good face that makes you all sad and gets him what he want
Lastly, Tyler is scared of stairs, and dislikes walking down them. Tyler also has a small case of memory loss. He won't forget somebody's name, but he'll forget your favorite color or something. He doesn't know why he forgets stuff and how he got this trait, because as far as he knows, no one in his family was developed with memory loss, too.
History: Tyler was born in the... Spring, it was raining outside, and his mom was excited, she was finally giving birth. Tyler grew up in a more or less normal way, except for one part, he had a little bit of memory loss. His parents, Monica and Joe Capatof noticed he was a little more attracted to getting his body changed then get tattoos of skulls. Well lets start at school.
Growing up in school Tyler was kid who got a lot of attention. He was a class clown, was a bright student, and got fairly good grades, he could have done better if he remembered everything. As he started getting to the higher levels in school he noticed he was getting a little attracted to guys, rather than just girls. Tyler finally couldn't help it anymore, so he wanted to experiment.
After that phase, he knew he was bi. He came out to his parents one day when he was seventeen. His parents were fairly upset, because they might not get grandchildren. But they were happy as long as their son was. When he came out at school, it went around fast and he was getting teased by some kids. Only true friends supported him.
When Tyler was nineteen he moved out of his and bought a new one, using the money he collected from growing up, he also bought a car, and some body candy, meaning piercings, getting his skin dyed, and such. Tyler visits his parents on special holidays and some random days too. But they don't really know much about his party life.
