Past victors and Tributes

I think something similar to this might have been attempted before but I can't really remember nor can I find the thread but here's the thing. Quite a few characters around here are related to/ have known tributes or victors and I'm starting to think that we might have double booked some victors or even tributes from past games.
I thought maybe if we had a thread in the character info board where we could say what year these people related to our characters where in the games we could keep it a little bit more organized.

I like to think of everybody saying they are related/know Tributes as being an almost figure of speech, or a lie passed down in the family. Like when a kid dies, suddenly every person at their school has some story about them and they become a sort of icon. Also, some parents may use the Honorable Died in the Games excuse for a sibling who became an avox or ran away. So instead of being annoyed or giving it much thought, its much better to think of it as an over-exaggeration when every single character had a sibling in the Games or a boyfriend or an aunt or something.
