Will is a dark skinned, handsome man that most people find greatly attractive. His hair is almost a pitch black shade and is in the style of a small afro. His forehead, because of the hair style, seems to be quite larger than most but it fits him. His ears also seem to stick out more than most. His eyebrows are thin and slightly unkept above his dark brwon eyes. His nose is quite large and his cheek bones stick out abit. His cheek bones are very rounded and shape his face some.

His whole head itself is squareishly round at the top and end with a rounded trianguler shape at the chin. The only facial hair on him is his slight mustache and his trimmed and kept goatee.Will's body is quite average for most guys his age. It has a good amount of muscle on his upper body and thins out on the lower body. he usually wears very baggy clothes however so you usually can't tell.

Will is a very humorous individual. Many people find him to be hillarious and he gets along with alot of people. the jokes he likes to make (and the ones he prefer) are dirty jokes that offend some people but most people love 'em. Most of the people in One he considers his friends. He is lively, out going, and willing to try anything new if it means him having fun.

Will, though very outgoing, most people know not to make him mad. It takes alot to really piss him off, but once you do you will immediatley regret it. He has huge anger issues when he is angry. Usually he'll try to get violent with you but sometimes he'll hold him self back and just cuss you out. The one thing that pisses him off the easist is when you mess with his friends or family. Everyone in One has said atleast once in their lives that if he was to enter the Games, his anger would get him extremley far and probably be what makes him win.

Despite the fact of his anger problem, when he is in a good mood, which is almost always, he is extremly caring of his friends and family. If one is hurt he will do anything he can to make sure they are okay no matter what the cost (literally). He will pay any ammount to keep his friends or family safe, healthy, and happy.

In west District One, born and rasied, he had been a happy young child. He was always out there and happy with little to no worries. His parents, though strict, were very loving. At age 14 he got in a big fight with some local thugs. This caused his mother to get worried and he was forced to move in with his aunt and uncle in the upper part of town. When will first moved in, all he wanted to do was party, be completly care free, and not have to deal with an bull. His aunt and uncle, however, began to give him responsibilities and said that when he was a civilised, responsible man he could move back in with his parents.

Will didn't like the idea at first but eventually it started to become his home. He actually began to wonder why they cared. Chances are he would get reaped and killed one day so where in the arena would being civilized help? Hell, it's the opposite isn't it? Time passed and he began to like his new home. His aunt and uncle were wealthy so he got a good allowance and had some slight connections but his aunt and uncle try to make it to where it doesn't all go to his head.

Back when will was a child, his father left him and him and his mother never knew why. He actually, to this day, wants to find his father and ask him what the hell is problem is. He wishes he could watch his father get reaped then killed in the blood bath. It would be even better if he could do it himself.
