Okay, so I just joined and I have a few questions.

-Where do I role-play?
-I noticed there's a box that shows things like Districts, Avoxes, and Capitol members with names under them. What is that?
-How do I upload an avatar?
-Also, how do the Hunger Games work on this site?

Welcome to the site!

-You role-play in the districts and other areas. If you go to the main page, scroll down a bit and you'll see the districts.
-That is our Character Directory. In order to keep everything nice and tidy, we compile a list of characters and their bios for role-players' convenience and for the Reaping.
-To upload an avatar, go to your profile, edit, and insert the link of the image where it asks you to and state the width or length. If you need help, let me know.
-We have a Reaping (the next one is next month) where we input all characters and use a generator to give names. Those we pick are sent off to the Hunger Games. After Interviews and Training, they play the Hunger Games. Current one: hungergamesrpg.com/index.cgi?board=57tharena

Hi Velkro! Typically staff will get to it within a day or two, but as most of them are starting school again (or just have very busy lives), it might take a while. An option is to bump your post in case it gets hidden in the mountains of WIP bios.

Meanwhile, you can explore the site or just simply hang out in the Cbox and chat with some of the members.

If your bio is not accepted, a staff member will tell you why and in order to get it accepted, you just have to fix the mistakes. Once you've done that, post a reply in that char's bio thread and a staff member will look on it again. This continues until your character has been accepted.
