well, i can tell you know how to edit your signature, so i can skip that.
but go to your profile>modify profile and to the signature box and you have to put:
[IMG][/IMG]

with a link to a picture between the "IMG" tags. such as:

[IMG]http://i56.tinypic.com/107kiu8.jpg[/IMG]

will then show up as:
