Let me just pose a question first:

When you think Hunger Games RPG, are you imagining a video game with a virtual world and all those effects and such? (For lack of a better example, I'm going to throw in the Gameboy Pokémon games)

Because this site is a text-based role-playing site. There are no graphics or character movements or the whatnot. The game is what you write out, not what you move through using arrow keys and a mouse.
