Jennaveen Optula/Capitol

Jennaveen is about five foot two and is skinny. She has lavender hair and brown eyes. Her skin is pail and she has a mole on the right side of her neck. She has bangs but they curve off to the right side of her face.

Her brown eyes have a gray ring around the outside giving them more of a kind of hazel look to them. She often has her nails painted baby blue. She keeps her hair in an pony with her hair curled, except for her bangs.

Jennaveen is kind and generous. She loves to wear frilly, colorful dresses. She is not very good at putting on makeup and sometimes puts on too much. She enjoys shopping and she really enjoys the games

She likes to draw and paint. She can often be found in her room painting flowers or butterflies. She's not very good at it though. Her favorites flowers include roses and lilies. Her favorite butterfly is the Emperor Butterfly.

Being born in the capitol means she has never had a reason to learn how to fight, but she often used to pretend with her friends when she was little after watching the Games. She likes to read fiction and history books.

Jennaveen was born and raised in the capitol. She watches the Hunger Games every year with her mother. Her father died in an accident when she was little. He fell down an open sewer hole. She enjoys going shopping at least once a week.

When she was little, every year after the hunger games, her and her friends would pretend they were tributes in the games. They knew they would never really be tributes though. They had no real weapons so they just made do with sticks. They never hurt each other and they never had a reason to learn how to fight properly.

She was the best in her group. She didn't think she'd ever need learn how to fight properly. She and her friends would sometimes grab a snack and sit down to watch replays of the Hunger Games. She loved to hang out with her friends.
