Recent inactivity as of late... explanation?

I'm sure many of us (as well as myself) have noticed Luna's inactivity. (And I've noticed pH's permanent departure! D8 Though I knew that was happening beforehand, it still is D8! worthy) I just remembered that I didn't really leave a thread or heads-up to anyone about why I have been (more) absent from the site.
To my shame, I've had a burn-out of muse and ability to work here. I don't feel like writing here, don't feel like working here, etc. I think of ideas to do so I can stay here at least in spirit (as in, still not working and/or RPing) but I can't even bring the energy up for those ideas. (>.> lol) Been hoping this is only a temporary measure of time before I'm back on my feet again. (But I wouldn't be surprised if the one summer class I'm taking - anatomy - is also hampering my will to do anything for the rest of the day; go to class like a work week, spend almost as much time driving to the dang college than being in lecture).
The other thing that has interfered with my presence to everyone are my eyes. For the past week or two, they have been extremely tired. I haven't really been staying up later than usual; they just are exhausted from the get-go. Immediately when I wake up, they can be so tired I feel like I should sleep - but can't.
As such, on a couple of those days, I've felt like killing myself.
To add on, the optometrists took my glasses to adjust to my new prescription. There is a slight problem (and please explain to me how this works other than what my dad proposed about expensive frame prices): because I said that I wanted to keep my frames (which I got from the same people, mind you), the docs said they would take two-three weeks at the place where the prescriptions get replaced. Yeah. Two-three weeks without glasses.
Wouldn't be so much of a problem if my eyes didn't get tired from wearing contacts.
Tiredness from the get-go + tiredness from contacts = someonejustshootmyeyesout, seriously.
(At one point, they were so bad I was getting angry with my friend, which is a RARE thing to happen).
With this, I wished to be honest about my inactivity due to burning out (or laziness, whichever choice of words you want to say) and my eyes. As solutions go: I've been thinking of staying away from the computer more often, try to sleep earlier hours, stop staring at electronic/bright things for a while, all that nice lovely stuff that I adore but feel are straining my eyes to heck.
I apologize for the inactivity, especially in regards to the D9 plot and the CC board ( T-T ). I've been considering choices on the inactivity matter, as this has felt to be months in this state (but I always have a poor sense of time) and might consider the... uh... ultimate choice.
If ya know what I mean. *shifty eyes*
Till then, hope to pop up more often.

P.S. While I was writing this out, yes, my eyes were bothering me. I had to pause many a time to resist not grabbing a pencil and shoving it into them.
