Let the Games Begin

The Games are being constantly revised, updated, changed. We now have users clamoring to be reaped, and even a talkshow host! And yet, one change has as yett o take place, a change that I think is necessary to be able to bring the Hunger Games up to their full potential. I see no issue with my idea, but given its important nature I thought I should ask the all-powerful admins first.
The change I propose is this: A job opening, namely that of Gamemakers. I think that a character, once created, may apply to become a Gamemaker. Not as in "that cool RP name we're going to call admins" but as in actual gamemaker. Rather than the admins having to wear themselves out thinking up terrain, etc., they can focus on how the mechanics will go - a mch more important task that they need more time on. As would make sense, Gamemakers are elected by a committe (of admins, at least to start with) and can be fired by that committee if found to be biased in their decisions (say, toward a tribute played by the same user.) Admins may veto any decision in the fame-making process, of course. There would be a little thread in the character board where one fills out a sheet, is reviewed by the committee, and either accepted or denied. Given that everyone is busy right now, I think opening basic decisions to the wider population, as well as making all of it IC, would save a lot of time. Characters, rather than users, would apply, and behave accordingly: Tapou would be much more likely to press the wrong button than work out a devious plan for rebellion. For instance, remember that post made by Tears with a novice foolishly setting off a landslide? Instead of having to create a minicharacter and post, full characters could be able to make that sort of RP. Of course, if they made that kind of mistake they'd probably be fired.
Or killed.
Just saying.
Thoughts?
