WANTED ; girlfriend, friends, enemies.

I'M CHOOSING WHO'S GOING TO BE QUINN'S GF / BF {lolphail} ON JULY 3^RD. WHEWT.

Well. My character, Quinn Prospekt {click name for a link to bio}, is just about looking for a few social connections, now. If you don't want to read the entire bio, here's a reasonably comprehensive description of him.

14-year old boy, District 4. Tall, mature, black hair, tawny eyes, straight nose. Synesthetic, as well as mildly insane {he thinks he's from the heavens}. Hates the Capitol, very charismatic, cynical, philosophical, loyal, flirtatious, independent, too proud.

Anyway. My first priority is a gf for him. My preferences are:

● 13 - 16 years. The best would be 14 - 15.
● I really don't want to have to deal with a Mary Sue. For those of you who don't know what they are, they're perfect characters; charming, beautiful, brave, intelligent, etc. Flaws aren't such a bad thing, you know!
● Someone in District Four would be best, but any are fine.
● Keep in mind that they're not going to instantly fall in love. In fact, knowing Quinn, he's going to spend most of the time watching her and judging her. That's what he does. Maybe they'll even dislike each other at first {that would be awesome!}

And for friends, one should keep in mind that he has no idea that Synesthesia is weird. He thinks everyone has it. xD Oh, and if you don't know what Synesthesia is, it's when you see colours and shapes for certain sounds. I can't explain it very well, to be honest. My preferences are:

● Your character can't report him for theft. It's how he mainly gets by {although, of course, he also sets snares and runs a reasonable business selling fish and small mammals}. Your character may disapprove of him stealing, and threaten to report him, but, well... let's just say that Quinn wouldn't be friends with anyone who actually reports him.
● Quinn forms superficial bonds very easily; within minutes. But it can take years for him to really become friends. Some relationships are quicker, but it really depends.

I'm not going to make a list of my preferences for enemies, but it actually might be interesting if someone reported his theft. That would forge a very, very long enemy-ship. xD Or if he found out who ratted on his father {who was arrested for fishing on District 5 land}. Basically, there are a ton of plots that would be really fun to RP out. They might even have a big dramatic face-off. Decisions, decisions.
