Hostage Situation

Dante smirked as he slammed on the gas pedal. His car, a vintage "Mustang"(whatever that was) shot down the street. He threw the bag of money in the back seat as he adjusted his mirror to see three police cruisers shooting after him.
The bank robbery hadn't gone so well. It had started off according to plan, Dante and his partner walked in to the bank, went up to the counter, and pulled out their guns. Dante made sure the clerk gave him all the money while his partner watched for the cops. It's a shame he failed to realize the cops were already there.
Two police men were making a deposit at the next desk over when the gang members had pulled out their guns. They quickly realized what was going on and pulled out their guns. They were at a stalemate, with every person having a gun pointed at them.
Unfourtanetly, this allowed the clerk to call more police to the scene. And what do The Untouchables do if there is more police coming? Go very fast in the other direction. Dante had suprised the two men with a quick punch to both of their jaws as he ran out the door. Who knows what happened to his partner.
Long story short, the police had caught up. Dante made a sharp turn to the left, hoping to lose them. It didn't work, and he frowned as he saw all three cruisers still following him. He decided to try something very risky.
He jumped out the side door of the fast moving car, onto the sidewalk. He grabbed the first person he could and held his gun to their head. He smirked as the police exited their vehicles.
"Ok guys, here's the deal. You've got three options." he began to announce to the police. "Option 1. You can let me go unharmed, and my hostage will be released. Option 2. You can try to arrest me, in which case hostage goes bye-bye. Option 3. You can stall until my backup gets here and that would not be good for anybody." Of course, he had no back-up, it was supposed to be a simple job.
The police looked at each other. "Tick tock." Dante laughed.
OOC- I love writing evil. Feel free to join as a by-stander or my hostage. I won't actually kill you if you want to be the hostage.
