So please add more to appearance - you really only have 1 paragraph of appearance - the rest is her clothes. Try adding more description.

She's not negro but she's tan alright.

For starters, "Negro" is a derogatory term for blacks. Please don't use that. Seriously. In fact, don't mention any ethnicity at all in your bio. At all. It just doesn't work when one tries to use them. Describe traits instead.

Rewrite personality - you can keep the intelligence and animal liking and not-boy-crazy, but delete the examples. It makes her seem ridiculously unrealistic (nice shark? Flubberbug?). Also, sports really aren't played in Panem - perhaps she's a Career instead?

District 4 probably doesn't have many hospitals, if any. Sister person probably has to just bear with it, or go to an apothecary. You'll also have to give the mother a different job in that case.

I really don't think she can get a lot of treatment unless if they're so rich that even Capitolites look at them with envy. In addition, I think 9 years w/the disease is a bit unrealistic.

Uh... huh. I would like to put some justification as to why Shrimp asked for those things:

• Leukemia is a type of cancer. Specifically the blood of bone marrow that is known for abnormally increased amount of white blood cells. Pick either she has a little cancer or leukemia.
  
• No at the sports. We're fine with non-team sports (dancing, gymnastics, ice skating) but definite team sports (swimming, baseball, football) are not accepted. If you want more information, you can refer to Thundy's guide to how not to make a character for the sports aspect.
  
• Your Personality was not so much a Personality section as much as a list of examples. I, too, would probably say no to the nice shark and the flubberbug. The chances of a 'nice shark' saving a girl are pretty small, especially an adult. I don't even know what a flubberbug is, but I don't even know what that had to do with the Personality section. It does sound a bit ridiculous, I'm sorry to say.

That being said, it's not good to be mad at the staff. We're trying to help you have the character fit realistically in the Hunger Games setting, so... yeah. What's the point of being mad?
