Juliana District 1

Juliana has brown hair with golden highlights that flows down to her shoulders.She stands at a small 5 foot 4 inches.She has big green eyes,but to match her hair,she got golden contacts,so her eyes shine bright gold.She is not fat,or too skinny,she is all muscle and isn't extremely gorgeous but is considered fairly pretty.She has faults though.When she was little her father came home drunk and upset and threw a knife at her when she tried to defend herself from him so now,though her father regrets it everyday,Juliana has a long gash on bthe back of her neck.

Juliana is known for her cleverness.Everyone who knows her knows that she can trick,lie,persuade,or practically force anybody to believe anything.When she isn't being clever she is being nice.She is known for her generosity.She tries her best not to be but when she is angry,she can be vicious.She often tends to show her lack of trust to people,but can make up for it with her humbleness.Her imperfection is when people make fun of the scar on the back of her neck,or when they laugh at one of her friends.She has gotten in trouble numerous times for defending someone physically or hitting someone for the same reason.

She grew up in a very rich family,getting whatever she wanted,not having a care in the world.Her families wealth came in handy and when she turned 9 she was put in a training club for the Hunger Games.Her mentor in the club quickly figured out that Juliana was clever but pretty poor with weapons.She couldn't throw a spear,and she almost took out her friends eye when she tried axes.She was pretty good at archery,but not amazing.But she excelled in throwing knives,and ever since she has trained with those two weapons.Her parents Lisha and Paul Rhut also signed her up for hand to hand combat lessons when she turned 12.Now she is 15,and deadly.She is an only child.She was a twin but her sibling Sienna was killed in an attempt to save Juliana from getting stabbed by her ex boyfriend who was hungry for revenge.Ever since then,Juliana hasn't dated or become really attached to anyone,because she knows she will lose them.
