Jace Maron, district 7

He has green eyes flecked with gold. He has lightly tanned skin and is about 6 feet, 2 inches. He has brown/gold hair and freckles. He is really well built and very handsome. His eyes have lines under them from stress. He has long eyelashes and the outside of the part of his eyes that are colored is rimmed with black.
He always wears the same brown leather hunting boots that are a little to big for him. For pants he usually wears ragged shorts that are a little to long for him and for a shirt he usually wears a T-shirt and in the winter a black thin jacket with holes in it. He has a dazzling smile and his teeth are really clean and white. His hands are the hands of a worker and hunter, not of a craftsman. Most of his height is from his legs.

He is smart and charming. He is also very brave and he will not give up. However he will do whatever it takes to get back to his family and district safely.He hates the Capitol but does not express that because he knows it would be stupid of him.
He knows right from wrong but sometimes he chooses to do wrong and he knows who to get what he wants. He cannot make anything but he is very persuasive and can sell and trade things easily. He is a boy who can make friends easily but chooses not to have many friends.
He hates people who think of themselves as the best people in the world and he isn't afraid to stand up for what he believes in, as long as it won't result in someone getting hurt. He isn't very polite but he knows what he wants and what he thinks and he states it clearly. He is good under stress and is very responsible.
He and is older brother Keegan don't really like each other. Jace doesn't like Keegan because he's really lazy. He feels bad almost constantly because he snaps at his siblings out of exhaustion and can't provide very well for them. He doesn't have a job but he really wants one so that he'll be a better provider for them. He hopes that he doesn't get picked for the Hunger Games because he's scared that without him his siblings will die from hunger and neglect and he would have no one to come home to. He lives in fear, hunger, and exhaustion, but he never lets it show for the sake of his younger siblings.

He has 6 younger brothers and one sick older brother. He has lines under his eyes from the stress of taking care of his family.
His mother and father are dead. They were rebels and were shot in public. They started being rebels when a Peacekeeper whipped his baby brother Jackson to death. They had been infuriated and he had tried to talk the out of it but they wouldn't listen to him. They were poor even when his parents were alive but now they were desperate for food and his younger siblings were so skinny you could see their ribs. His persuasive skills were about the only thing still keeping them alive.
He is full of anger and stress but he doesn't let it show for the sake of his family. This is his younger brothers from youngest to oldest:Mike age 2, Nate age 5, Darrin age six, Spencer age 9, Greg age 12, Damien age 14, and his older brother is Keegan age 19.
He had dropped out of school when he was 13 because he had to stay home and take care of his family with his brother. He was still smart though, when he had been in school he had gotten great grades and he planned on being a doctor since he was interested in medicine and herbs and since their district didn't have many good doctors he would get good trades.
