Logan Cale West has a body-type of a stereotypical Career. Nothing seems too irregular or out of place, limbs seem to be completely intact. Heartbeat is regular, in time with what the base speed of beating. His skin seems to be healthy, slightly dry, possible reason being the scarcity of lotions around District 13's products. Colored a light tan, despite not seeing the sun very much.
His face is smooth and somewhat rigid. His eyes are colored a bright blue, grey parts causing complexity in the iris. His eyes are like the sky, holding so many experiences inside. Mysterious yet so giving, contradictory for sure. The rest of his facial features are also well proportioned for the most part. His ears are slightly large, tucked back against his head. His nose is well proportioned, slightly larger compared to most.
His body is built more athletically, muscle obvious on the limbs. However, there are definately stronger people, and definately people who have a much more obvious muscle tone. His arms are long, his palms rough with calluses. His legs are the same, long and ending in callused feet.
Clothing choices for Logan are easy. He tends to wear normal t-shirts or regular sweaters, nothing too fancy. Denim jeans or cotton sweat-pants are the only types of pants he wears. His shoes are thick and rough, leather boots that are perfect for working conditions. Accessories include a thick silver ring and a silver chain that ties around his neck. He almost always wears them in every situation.
Logan Cale West has one main thing that is easily noticed. As stated earlier, there's a slightly gray clouding in his eyes, the obvious reasoning being because of his vision. He's nearly blind in both eyes, only being able to see the figures and VERY few details. Things appear extremely blurry and bright for Logan.
Dazed and confused really sums up Logan West. His sober days are actually still filled with confusion and incoherence. His drunken days are far worse, the use of drugs and his constant parties taking up his everyday life. He is much more confident in his delirious state, going for everything and acting like a daredevil. He feels like he is somewhat invincible while under the influence, never worrying about the obvious dangers around his home. However, no matter how drunk he is, he always stays true to what he cares for and loves. He will always stand by it and try and help it in whatever way he can.
The thoughts that swarm through Logan's mind aren't always his. Well, in his mind they aren't. Maybe it's the alcohol and the drugs that have affected his thinking, but he believes that he has the ability to read people's minds. Obviously, that doesn't work to well when he expresses his opinion on their thoughts to them out loud. He is seen as somewhat of a psycho for this, even though for him, it's part of his everyday life. He sometimes can get caught doing things that are morally incorrect because somebody's thoughts 'told him so'. He also believes that he is able to communicate through people's minds. Really, he's just a little crazy.
In general, Logan is an optimistic guy. I mean, there are rarely times when he is down or depressed. Perhaps he is always running on an alcohol high or so out of it because of the drugs, but he almost always has a smile on his face or is in a good mood. It makes him the perfect party goer, something he does commonly with his group of friends that are also as into drugs as he is.
Mark Cale West and Carlinda Verin North were born in District 13, post 'destruction'. They only met when their parents landed a partnership role for food duty. They slowly began as friends, their friendship filled with arguments that neither of them could've won. When they entered their teenage years, typical hormones took over and they spent the night with each other. Both were still under 18 when Logan was born. The two new parents married so the child wouldn't be put up for adoption, deciding that they actually did love each other.
They were right. The relationship built even more, the two parents loving their child Logan with all their heart. He grew up with a simple life, never doing things out of the norm but never things that were boring or not worth doing. However, when he turned 8, his father was set into the military of District 13, ready to be sent out when needed. And he was sent out for scout duty to which he never returned. When Logan turned 14, his friend got him into drugs and alcohol, which then became his new life.
It was when he turned 15 that he first believed he could read minds. While reading a book about superheros, he passed by one that could read minds and lift things with brain power. In his drunken stupor, he believed that he was showing the same symptoms. And that was it. There was no stopping him. He convinced his brain that it was true, which lead to him hearing those thoughts constantly, able to tune it out though because he believes he's that good.
Logan sits around drunk most of the time. However, he has one ambition that sits in his head throughout his sober seconds and drunken days. He wants to find his father, dead or alive.
