Victor Excaliver, District four

Has brown hair no blemishes on him at all. A black leather jacket with a green shirt under it. Tall and strong. Eyes as gray as the moon. Long baggy pants that are blue . A straight long scar going off to his right eye.
He appearance intimidates people. So he usually hides from other people. If he gets into a fight he stares into the eyes of his foe and tries to intimidate them. He gained muscle and a six pack from swimming over the years.
He'll pack a very big punch though.

A short temper, but very kind. Will help others in danger or in need of help. Willing to risk his life for someone he loves.Good at evading obstacles. Not good with hand to hand combat. So he gets beat up a lot. Very clever, good at making plans.
He hates the Hunger Games, he doesn't like watching people die. He hates violence, he doesn't want to lose anyone else. His temper will snap when he either gets angry or when someone talks smack about his family.
He has an odd love for music. He'll listen to music all day. He thinks a type of music is the sound of waves and the clicks of dolphins. Every time he thinks about his mother he cries.

Mother was a healer. She was healing a very sick man when she caught typhus and died. Victor was accidentally slashed by an employee at his fathers fish shop. He was working next to an employee when his knife slipped and slashed his face. He was bedridden for a few days.
His father didn't care though. He had always hated him. He said he was lucky to be born. Though he was always treated like a prince until his mother died. He was only eight when it happened.
His mother used to take him to the coast and listen to the waves and sea creatures. She used to play him music on the flute. His father got furious when she died of typhus. That was when his father became so mean. He used to fish for his father until he wanted him to work inside the shop with him. Now he stands up for himself and works on his own.
