Nishi Eldringhoff, District 3

Nishi Eldringhoff is known as one of the prettiest girls in her District, with high cheekbones, white hair, and slightly red eyes due to her being albino.

She is very skinny, only about 100 pounds. She is pretty tall, about 5"9. Nishi has a scar across her eye after working with her father on a powerline that whipped her face.

Nishi is often lackadaisical about many things, including school, life, and her appearance.

She's pretty much a tomboy who hates skirts, high heels, and flowery tops. She is afraid of death, being caught for anything, and anything venomous.

She is often a very nice person when you get to know her, but she is often a harsh person if she is angered or if she doesn't like a certain person.

At her home in District 3, she mostly spends time with her mother who crafts weapons for the Capitol, as she resents her dad for giving her the scar over her eye. Nishi herself helps her mom craft weapons, and often tests them out, leading to the fact she is pretty good with a few weapons.

Her childhood was great, but she was deprived of love and only given a pat on the back every so often, which was the cause for her unruliness.

She loves her mother and twin sister to death and would give herself up for them. She doesn't care about her father at all, and every time she sees him, she starts itching her scar, making him feel guilty. Nishi is a straight A student in school, even though she is so lackadaisical. Nishi herself believes this is because she is a perfectionist.

She loves steak, the Hunger Games, Her golden bracelet with red feathers hanging off of it, her twin sister Nami, her mother, the weapons her mom creates, reading, poetry, writing, and the television in her room.
