Belladonna or Donna, has been described as tall, thin and graceful like a ballerina. With dark smooth skin. Belladonna has natural long, straight, and shiny black hair that goes down to the small of her back, but capital hair treatments have turned it purple. Belladonna's eyes are a deep brown with an unnatural purple ring around the iris. Most of Belladonna's physical beauty is intact because, of her years being used as arm candy, or an escort at formal affairs, but her left eye is lazy, and she has an orange tattoo that marks her as the property of her former owner.

Belladonna's full cheeks, and strong muscles, have faded since she left her owner. Now her cheeks are sunken, and her ribs stick out. Belladonna's hair has grown matted, but she still looks quite herself. Belladonna once owned many lovely clothes before she ran away, but now she only has one gown. Belladonna's long purple gown has become tattered, and is covered in stains, from the days she's spent on the streets. Belladonna cast away her shoes when she ran away, and wanders the streets barefoot. Belladonna found a black trench coat in a dumpster an wears that over her gown most of the time. Belladonna's elegant appearance, has been replaced by that of a beggar women some would still call beautiful.

Before becoming an Avox, Belladonna was described as being feisty. She was never happy with her life as a servant. Belladonna always believed she had a bigger purpose than to cook and clean. Belladonna would question orders and often mouth off to her masters. Belladonna once got beaten for calling her master a pig. Belladonna had been described as a flirt, and a tease. Belladonna also had a tenancy to fall into day dreams and forget her work.

Belladonna was a gossip. She used to gossip all the time with the other maids. Donna was also quite nosy, and regularly got in trouble for sticking her nose in places it didn't belong. Donna was very self righteous and courageous. The quality that got Donna in the most trouble was her hotheadedness, causing her to pick several fights with those she should have been subservient too.

When Belladonna was made into an Avox, the trauma of the events that lead to her punishment, changed her. That internal fire was snuffed out, and replaced with a complacency caused by fear. Donna's hatred of her work was replaced with a fear that if she disobeyed worse cold happen to her. Donna was also came to fear, and therefore be completely subservient to her male masters, in order to avoid punishment. Donna doesn't know why she fears men, or what caused her to become an Avox, because she has blocked those memories out. Recently though her old fire has began to reignite, and her intense fear of men has made her unable to trust of men, and fueled her plans to runaway.

Belladonna was born to Clair, a servant in the home of a politician. From a young age Donna worked as a maid. As a child Donna would make her chores into a game. When Donna was 12 she began to suspect that there was more to this world than a maids work. When Donna began to question her position in life her fiery spirit was born. Donna began to fight with her masters, a trait which earned her many a beating, only her beauty saved her from worse fates.

Belladonna's mom, was a gossip and used the knowledge she gained through gossip to blackmail her masters. Clair was set free, only to be secretly recaptured and made into an Avox, Donna never learned of this. From then on Donna also knew of the power of information. When Donna was 14 her beauty bloomed, and her masters began to see her as a possible escort. As a young teen Donna would accompany the Young Master to formal events, as his date. When Donna was 17 the Young Master, wanted her to have sex with him, and when she refused, he raped her. Donna threatened to go to the police, and tried to barter her freedom for her silence. Like her mother before her Donna was turned into an Avox.

As an Avox, Donna's personality was subdued by her fear of men, and further punishment. Donna's fears made her completely subservient to the Young Master. Donna blocked out the painful memories of her past. Donna continued to accompany the Young Master to formal events. The Young Master used Donna as his personal prostitute, as well as pimping her out to his friends and relatives. Belladonna's old personality began to overcome her fears, she became more feisty, and began to want escape. When Donna was 19 her memories of her rape resurfaced, while she was preparing for a ball, causing her to panic. Donna knocked out her guard with a lamp, and jumped out a second story window. From there Donna limped away from the mansion, until she found an abandoned ally there Donna passed out. When Donna awoke her wounds had been bandaged and her jewelry taken. Donna has wandered the streets ever since, still on the run.

Belladonna has no last name because she was born into a family of servants and therefore was never given a last name.
