Starting from the top down, Justin has his dark brown hair to a medium length. The bangs on his hair just barely pass his upper eye lid but the sides and back hang past his ears and run down the top half of his neck. His hair seems to puff out abit aswell. His hair looks very greasy (because it is) and shines somewhat.

His eyes, like most residents from the seam, are a greyish colour and seem very tired. His eye lids seem to sink into his eye socket some to where it looks like they tiredly stick to his eye ball. His face is usually quite dirty and covered in grime at times from hunting and lack of bathing. His face doesn't have a clean complection at all. Tiny pimpuls cover his face mostly on his forehead, which his hair covers up.

Justin is a very skinny kid. When he is shirtless you can easily count his ribs. He doesn't hold much muscle but though he may be small, his size doesn't stop him from being an excellent archer. He is also very flexible and is able to climb trees with ease. His legs usually have scars on them (mostly on the shin) and are very cut up. Also, he is short for his age. He is about 5'2" and can squeeze into small spaces easily.

Justin only cares about one thing; his family. When it comes to others, unless he's selling game or making a trade, he's usually very quiet, stubborn, or uncaring. He is also VERY sarcastic. He doesn't like most people but he has one or two friendly conversations at The Hob when he feels like it (which isn't often).

Since medicine and food is extremly limited, he does whatever he can to help feed his family. He will immediatly know a scam when he sees one and doesn't let it go by. Infact, sometimes he'll even scam the scammer if the scammer is dumb enough to fall for it.

Justin also doesn't let anyone do him, or his family, wrong. If someone's seems threatening to either party, he'll immediatly get hostile and do anything he can to protect them even at risk of being caught by a Peacekeeper. Justin, however, shows immediate kindness to his mother(36) and sister(19) and has an undying love for them that no one can change. When Justin is with his family is probably the calmest or nicest he ever is and/or will be.

Justin learned that his mother caught a deadly illness about a year back. His sister had to take care of the family for a while untill she caught the illness herself. Eversince, justin has been taking care of the family. Eventually he learned that to protect his family he had to learn how to fight. He would sneak out into the woods and take blunt objects (such as rocks, sticks, tree limbs ect.) and practiced defensive tactics he though he might find usefull and offensive tactics.

When Justin was five years old, his father left him, his mother, and his sister alone to starve. He never seemed to care for the family anyway. His mother was completly heart broken and still hasn't fully gotten over it. Justin doesn't think she ever will.

One day Justin was told that his father was murdered. It didn't really affect Justin too much. So to this day Justin practices fighting and trades to keep his family alive and knows that one day he might come home to his mother or sister (or both if worse comes to worst) laying dead.

Justin's school life was very issolated. Not many people talked to him and he didn't really wanna talk to anyone. He only really ever spoke when the teacher asked him a question or he had one himself. He always sat alone at lunch except for one small period of time where he had a single friend.

Her name was Issabella. At first, Justin thought she was just some girl who didn't know when to shut up but as time went on he began talking to her. Their friendship started with, "Why can't you just leave me alone" and ended with "May the odds be ever in your favor." They had been close friends and she wound up being reaped then killed in the Games. Justin swore he would try to never get that close to someone again. To keep both parties from being hurt anymore then they should.

I'm not really trying to go with grammar or anything to perfect. I'm tired today so dont judge it based on that please. XD
