Ekaterina Fleur - District 12 (finished)

Ekaterina is of average height, and rather full lips and piercing green eyes. Her hair is a magnificent orange, and ruler-straight, ending just 3 or 4 inches under her shoulders. Many soft freckles cover her cheekbones and her nose. Reena is not chubby, but she's not skinny either. Her skin is very light and mostly stays that way.

Although often starved, even when she is thin and raggedy to the point where you could mistake her for nearly dead, her eyes still sparkle with humor and fun. Although her ears are big, usually her hair covers them. She has perfectly arched red eyebrows and prominent cheekbones. She hates her nose, for it is small and chubby. Ekaterina has no specific style for clothing, but her favorite color is hunter green, and royal purple. The most common color she wears is black or dark brown, and she loves hoodies and long pants in winter, and a tank top and cargo shorts for summer. Whatever the weather, she always wears her black running shoes, given to her by a friend who was killed in the Hunger games.

Ekaterina is fun and loving. She is full of light, when people are around her they feel like she shines on them. She sees something hilarious in the most un-funny situations.

Ekaterina Fleur's special strength is her will power. Her inner strength is based on firmness and her strong will. Because of her waiting attitude she observes exactly before she makes a decision or acts. She gives her best to reach a goal and as long as she thinks it is necessary her thought is concentrated onto it. The sense of conscientiousness is extremely strong here.

Although Ekaterina is optimistic, she is overly afraid of water. She hates water. Especialy the ocean or deep water. Not that she has ever seen the ocean. Ekaterina is not very athletic, in fact, she hates sports. She is slightly unfit, but constant hunger makes it so that it does not show. Also among her flaws is that she depends on others.

Ekaterina loves her name, but it is kind of long, so sometimes she lets close friends or family to call her Reena. She is very opiniated and her strong personality usually either inspires or repels. Ekaterina loves mind puzzles and is very sly and clever, she likes to evade rules by slipping around them. She also loves outsmarting people.

Reena once had a very close friend called Margaret Thatcher, who was called atthe reaping at the age of 12. She died in the bloodbath, helpless. Margaret's last gift to Reena was Margaret's lucky charm. It was a gold chain, with a little golden horse on he end. She also gave Reena her favorite black running shoes, worn, but comfortable and still valuable. Since then, Ekaterina Fleur has never been seen without her horse charm and her black running shoes.

Ekaterina Fleur was born on the 21st day of August. She has 1 older sister, with whom she is very close, called Morgan, and 1 younger sister, called Hailee. Her mother and father are Savannah and Patrick Fleur. The family lives in the Seam, but fares well and nearly never lack food, for the Fleur’s mostly live off the tesserae Morgan and Ekaterina sign up for (Hailee is too young at 10 years of age). Although they live a desirable life for a resident of the Seam, they live in fear that Morgan or Ekaterina will be picked at the reaping, because in total, Morgan and Ekaterina have 64 slips of paper with one of their name’s on it. 64 chances of their family being torn apart.

When she was 6, Ekaterina met a girl who also lived in the Seam, but much richer. The girl’s name was Margaret Thatcher, and she was 2 years older than Reena. Ekaterina and Margaret became very close friends. At the age of 12-when Reena was 10-Margaret was reaped and died in the bloodbath of the Hunger Games. Before dying, she gave to Reena her black running shoes and her lucky charm. It was a golden chain with a little golden horse prancing around on the end.

Ekaterina Fleur likes someone. A boy. His name is Teve Stark. He is tall and blond and he has dark blue eyes. He does not know about her love for him but clearly likes her. He also lives in the Seam. Everybody has noticed that they like each have a crush on each other except for each other. Every day of her life, tries to be courageous and confess her love for him, but every day she gets scared last minute and does not do it.
