Zayna is rather small. She carries the weight of 99lbs and has a height of 5'1. Her eyes are a piercing light blue while her hair is a dark brown. Her hair goes slightly past her shoulders, and she usually has it in a pony-tail. She has a small amount of bangs to the left side of her forehead that sometimes cover her eye.
Zayna's skin is pale and white. Her body has slight marks here and there from previous events. She has a small scar right above her right eye.
Zayna's style of clothing is usually something very low key. She throws on whatever she can find 90% of the time, so her clothing is always different.
Her hands are small, so holding weapons would not be the best thing for her. In fact, it isn't. She has weak ankles as well, and often falls when she runs fast, so she tries to have a reason to walk or not move at all.

Personality:

Zayna is extremely quiet and shy. She usually spends most of her time by herself or out in the fields, humming or singing. Zayna is told sometimes she has a beautiful voice, but others say she does not. She doesn't care what she sounds like, she just likes doing it.

She is not as bright as she could be, this being because she refuses to go to school at times. Zayna has experienced being made fun of before, and the experiences only got worse throughout Middle School. Now that she is in High School, she stays quieter than ever.

Zayna might be shy, but she is a kind, loving person. Many tell her she wouldn't survive the games because she would help anyone, and Zayna does not deny this. She knows it's only the truth, and she wishes she could fix it.

In her home she may like to be alone, but she is the complete opposite in the inside. Zayna likes happy things, and colors and cute things. She doesn't show this because she's afraid of what people may think of her, so instead of being herself she hides.

History:

Zayna was a only child for a while. When she was born, her parents had the thought of getting rid of her. She had been a accident, but her mother refused to leave her. Her father didn't agree and left her mother because of this. When Zayna was one and a half her mother remarried. Zayna doesn't know about this and thinks her step-dad is her real dad.


Zayna always seems to hurt herself. When she was five, she was helping her father build a shed in one of the fields to store extra supplies in. Her father gave her the hammer to hold, and having the small hands she has, she dropped the hammer and almost broke her father's head. Since then Zayna tries to never pick up heavy things, mainly tools.

At eight, Zayna became the big sister of two. Her mother and father gave birth to twins Mary and Lily. Zayna was excited to have sisters, but that all changed when they were old enough to bother her.
Ever since they would walk and talk, Lily and Mary tortured Zayna. They always found ways to get under her skin, and most of the time they worked. Mary was the plan maker, while Lily just followed along. At times Lily felt bad, and tryed to help Zayna.

In 8th grade, Zayna got hurt the most. The girls who bothered her everyday made something to really bug her. They took away her best friend. Zayna snapped after her best friend turned into a popular, snobby girl and refused to go to school, and still does.

Zayna's mother and father try to teach her on their own, since they have failed to get Zayna into class. Both work more than half the day away, so it is hard for them. They also had little teaching themselves when they were little, so they can't teach Zayna everything she needs to know.
