Tinin Squirtivy District 11

Tinin is 4 feet and 7 inches tall. He is not very muscular and can run fast for long distances. He has brown hair that swoops over his forehead. Everyday he wears a torn t-shirt and ripped up shorts.
He is skinny and very weak. Since he only weighs 74 pounds, he can be taken down easily. He has big blue eyes and he has a slight tan of skin because of working in the fields all day.

Tinin is very kind. His strength is his speed and agility. His weakness is his caring for other people.
He won't always go for the kill. He is very bad at close range because of his eyesight. When it comes to close range, the enemy looks like a blur. When he was a boy his dad could never afford glasses.
Another weakness of Tinin is that he is bad at things like building fire and collecting berries. Again this is because of his horrible eyesight.
But Tinin is very good at stragetic plans. He always thinks things through first, and he always has a tricky plan.

Tinin comes from a small house in District 11. Even though his Father worked hours and hours a day, the family of Tinin and his dad couldn't get enough food.
Everyday they would wake up with the fear of a death of starvation. Tinin and his dad sleep on the floor of their one-room house. Everyday the get up early and go to bed late. Tinin will be lucky if he doesn't starve to death.
When Tinin was only 2 years old his mom died along with Tinin's 3 other sisters from poisonous berries. Tinin's dad is still alive because he didn't eat the berries. This is because he was out working with the other men. Tinin didn't eat the berries because he was too young and he was sleeping back at his house.

Tinin's best friend is from District 7 and his name is Lenter. Tinin talked with him for only 5 minutes, until they were seperated.
