Avidan {Capitol}

Avidan is short, looking up people's noses because of her 5'3" height. Although she is very short, she isn't thick, and she stays a tiny 101 pounds no matter what she eats. She is pasty white, and has naturally icy-white hair. Her eyebrows stand out because they are a dark dirty blond, and they contrast with everything about her-Her pale, blushed pink lips, her pale skin, her white hair- due to their color.
She has a small, rounded nose that she got from her father, and big hazel eyes recieved from her mother's side of the family.Due to living in the capitol her whole life, her teeth are perfect white pearls, matching her hair color. Avidan has one brown little mole underneath her left eye- not that she'd ever admit it was a mole! She is very stunningly beautiful, even with her crazy Capitol hair and makeup.
Her eyes are always crowded with black eyeliner and inch-long eyelashes that stretch in the direction of her ears. Even with these eyelashes, she wings her eyeliner out half an inch. She has snake bite peircings on her bottom lip, making it stand out from her skin. Lastly, her white hair is topped with a pale pink, the same color as her lips, and she always wears ponytails and a black ribboned headband.

Avidan's extreme beauty isn't the only reason everyone loves her. She also has a great personality. She is kind to everyone she meets, and gets many friends every day. She always goes to style street and she is friends with every stylist there, and she changes her look every week or so.
Avidan is good at knowing who to trust, so her friends have never let her down. Still, she has let down only about 3 friends in her whole life, but quickly got them back. For some reason, Avidan always seems to get stuck in dangerous situations, but she always gets out.
She has a passion for exotic fruits, and is always looking for new ones to try. Her favorite colors are pink, white, black, and gold, so you will always see her wearing one of those. Avidan also has a weakness for men with blue hair, and introduces herself to every single one she has met. She has never truly been in love.

Avidan was born and raised in one of the wealthiest households in Panem, and so she has always gotten what she wanted. She has never had to work, but if she did she would want to be a hair stylist, because of her creative imagination. Even when she was 5 she was adorably pretty.
Her family is very large, but she never sees them, because they did not get along well her whole life. She has a wealthy mother and father who want to plan out her whole life, one older sister, Dahlia, two older brothers, Isaiah and Mac, and 4 younger sisters. Anna, 8, Penelope, 2, Aurora, 17, and Destiny, 24.
When she was younger, her older siblings would boss her around and her younger siblings would steal her things. Avidan has actually never even seen her sister Penelope, and Anna was born the year she left her household. It was very hard for her to leave everyone, but now she has no regrets, and is delighted to live by herself, throwing parties almost every other day.
