Am I still Banned?

I got banned a while back for referencing that other site in the cbox while answering a question and im told that was sly advertising which i suppose is a fair enough analysis. Any way I kinda wanted to come back because im takeing all my classes online this year and have tons of spare time. Im not sure if i should still be banned because my IP changes almost weekly which kinda resets any IP bans you may have put on me. If im still banned that's fine. I was just wondering.
