Roseus Wilter {District 9} Done!

Roseus is a beautiful girl of 16 years with beautiful features. People mistake her for a model sometimes, which she openly denies. Roseus is 5'6 and is pretty much full grown for her age. Most of the kids of her school love to have height competitions with her just for fun. Roseus has a very slight muscle build, with skinny arms and toothpick legs.

Roseus has very thin lips that she uses to speak her mind in the way production runs at her makeup factory. She has a medium sized nose she uses to smell the flowers of her garden. Her blue diamond eyes exhamine her work, both at the factory and the garden. Her small bundle of blonde hair hangs down to her braline, but she usually keeps it in a ponytail. And average day's wear for her are strappy sandals, shorts, and a bright blouse.

Roseus is a bright, happy, and creative young girl.

She loves to go outside and just watch mother nature. Whether it be watching the flowers grow, the bees buzz, or lightning cackle, she always marvels at what mother nature brings us. She writes down her feelings in a journal. She keeps a journal every day about her life in District 9. She loves to decorate everything she sees whether it be a journal or her house. Her parents don't mind as long as its not too wild.

Roseus loves to climb the few trees of District 9. A serious tree hugger, she is a large promoter of recycling and saving the plants of District 9. Often, she tries to save the Earth by planting a flower or two around the factories or by her house. Nobody really even cares about it. They just ignore her and let her do her own thing.

She is seriously paranoid, and obsesses over her factory's progress. Often, she catches herself barking orders to somebody or another person. Obsessing over money too, she doesn't care how long it takes as long as long as they get the makeup and money they deserve. And of course, she also hides her money, which is why she can never find it because she is so darned forgetful! Roseus is in summary, unintentially rude, paranoid, obsessive, and a small bit selfish. She also is kinda two-sided about the Hunger Games. Roseus can't decide if they are good or bad. She thinks we deserve it, like the districts needed it because they revolted, but she also thinks they could have settled it a more peaceful way.

Roseus, Roseus, Roseus. What was her history like? She was well liked in her school as a child. Eventually, she was all known popular and eventually evolved into the student body president. It was her job to maintain school events, lunches, and other necessities for a friendly school environment.

She first came to the makeup factory when she was 10 years old. Her family needed some extra money and so she decided to work there after school to get about 10 to 12 bucks and hour. Eventually she evolved into one of the actual makeup workers by age 14 and monitored everybodys progress with their various jobs. Anybody who stole makeup were to be reported, but Roseus would never have the heart to do so. She would give them a harsh warning and let them go on their merry way.

Today she still works as a blush maker of her factory. She is still the student body president of her school. After school, she tends to her garden. Watering, weeding, picking. So she had a pretty good childhood. She was never teased. Roseus personally believes its because she knows how to communicate with people in the proper way. Currently, she is a ballerina and practices swan lake.
