A Series of Unfortunate Events.

So, as many of you know, I am a college freshman. A college freshman who is double majoring in Music Therapy and Vocal Performance and is taking 20 credit hours this quarter, not to mention the some ten-odd hours of practice time that I'm supposed to be getting in per week. tl;dr, I'm busy. Really busy.
This fact would take some of my time away from the site on its own, but a few days ago, tragedy struck. My roommate spilled a cup of water onto my open MacBook Pro, and the thing is basically fried as a result. I dropped it off that the university tech depot, but it'll be at least two weeks before the repairs are done, and that's if I can afford to fix it. Until then, I am woefully without access to a personal computer, although there's fortunately a small Mac lab in my dorm, and the library is just a few blocks away.
What I'm basically trying to say is that I'll be in indefinite lurk mode until my laptop is back up and running. I'll be around on the cbox from my phone and such, and I will do my best to keep up with my staff duties and post when I can. I know it sucks that I'm going to be somewhat out of commission this close to the Reaping, but I'm going to do my best to get stuff done. There may, however, be some things that operate differently until I can get personal computer access again.WHAT TO EXPECT:- First and most obviously, I won't be around as much. I usually get on my laptop and chill on HGRPG during my more boring classes (Music Theory, shoot me in the face...), and since I'm now becoming re-acquainted with my old nemeses Mr. Notebook and Mr. Pen, I won't have that time again until I have my laptop back.
- Second, WIPs. They're going to be frequent. I no longer have the luxury of saving posts in a word document that I can carry with me all the time, and odds are I'll only be able to work on things a few minutes at a time until someone barges into the Mac lap and screams at me to GTFO so they can do their homework. Therefore, if you get a post from me, it's most likely going to be in little pieces. Sorry, I know WIPs are incredibly annoying, but just bear with me.
- Third, delayed responses for PMs. This won't be as bad since I have PMs wired to go straight to my phone, but still. I may be a bit slower than usual since I might be in class, choir practice, voice lessons, or I may just not have my phone on me.
- Fourth, I won't have time to review many bios (not that I was doing that before... >.>), but I'll do my best to creep online and help if we have a bio tsunami and are in dire need.
- Fifth, don't ask me about the Detention Center. Just don't. There's no way I can get it kicked into full gear with as little computer time as I have. It's just not going to happen until I get my laptop back unless Cam were to go ahead and do everything by himself, which really wouldn't be fair to him at all. So don't ask him about it either. I don't want to sound mean, but I literally am not capable of opening the DC right now unless I give up eating, sleeping, or homework, and all of those are kind of necessary.
Again, I apologize profusely for being pretty much out for the count at this crucial time. I will kill someone to get online at Reaping time if I have to, but other than that, I just don't feel right taking someone's computer time for HGRPG when they're working on something for school. Like I said, I will be on AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE, and if anyone needs me and I'm not around, feel free to shoot me a PM. It'll buzz through directly to my phone no matter where I am, and I will make a concerted effort to get back to you quickly. Here's hoping my computer's functional soon, because I miss you all like crazy D:
Much love and hugs and kisses and all that happy crap,
South
