Altor Natul District 8

Snow white hair that is a buzz cut. One eye is a brown, while the other is a blue-green. He stands around 4 ft. 9 in. and is skinny, with little muscle.He has a small tan, with slouching shoulders and slender hands. He has a sneaky face, and a small build.

He is usually seen in a black t-shirt, with some shorts, and sometimes a hoodie over the shirt. If he has the hoodie, it's drawn over his head, and his hands are in the pocket-thing. He might have a chain necklace drawn tightly around his neck, but not choking him. He also wears glasses.

Shy, rarely talks, even with people he knows.He is slightly crazy, with hallucinations every once in a while. He takes everything seriously, so while in his hallucinations, he thinks whatever happened was real after seeing it.He doesn't trust anyone, which leads him to have stranger hallucinations. During the hallucinations, he is extremely un-responsive.

He has a slow temper, but when he gets mad, he doesn't forget, and will go days on end without eating. He avoids people, and he quickly leaves whenever he comes into contact with another person. If he actually resorts to violence, he tries to use a tactical approach, but eventually ends up losing.

Those few people he knows, when he's with them, he just stands and silently observes. He has an fairly accurate skill of predicting outcomes of events, but he always chooses the most positive, not the most likely. This leads him to become dissapointed often, and then it becomes like his temper situations.

He was born a twin, but when they were five, his sister went and messed with a very tempermental peacekeeper, and was killed. This was what caused his hallucinations. His parents became extremely protective, barely letting him leave the house or wander.Recently, his parents had another child, and he became an outcast to them, because his mother was striken with memories of him, because he looked like his older brother, and she was driven slightly insane, imagining the younger brother as his older.

His father wasn't changed, but he always denied him in front of her, leding to a hatred towards his father. He now hangs out with his next door neighbor, named Paul. Paul taught him the little things of survival he knows, along with some academic things. He looks up to Paul as a father, and rarely visits home now.

His little brother is now 7, and always finds ways to mess with him, even if they never see each other. He always wants to visit Paul, and 'happens' to find Altor. He then messes with him until Altor proceeds to make him leave, until his real father blames him for attacking the boy.
