[/color] Annabel's strongest trait is her determination to achieve what she is striving for, which can be good and bad. You could consider her a spoiled brat, steaming with anger if she doesn't get her way, but that is just her. Although her determination leads to her being a brat, it also helps her train in the training center countless hours a day. Age: 12

Annabel's dirty blond hair is parted to the side and goes down to her neck. Although it isn't greasy, and looks perfectly find, Annabel is pretty self cautious about it. She likes to wear her hair over one, yes only one, eye. It's the new trend in D1 anyways. Her hair used to be a platinum blond, but over the years her product filled hair has gotten darken from all the time inside.Personality:
Annabel's eyebrows are small and feathery, stopping just a little after where her eye ends. Her eyelashes aren't anything to brag about, the little small threads they are. That's why she puts bottles of mascara on them; even though she is only twelve. Her eyes are a gray-ish green, like cold eyes you would find in District 12.
Her soft cheeks make Annabel appear younger than she actually is. With her delicate frame she looks around 9. Her lips are delicate and tiny, and a light shade of pink too. Her nose isn't worth mentioning, it's just like any other nose.
She stands at 4'7, not hitting her growth spurt yet. She isn't an anorexic type of skinny, but her small waist still makes her stand out from the crowd. Her skin tone is almost pale, but Annabel attempts to cover that up with bronzer, one of the many types of makeup she uses. Since she does train in the training center,so she is muscular for her size and age.
Another flaw of Annabel's is her arrogance. She thinks low of everyone, except the exceptional few who impress her with their skills related to training. If you do something wrong, or show a weakness, she will hold it against you until to your grave. Which she may send you to, if you make her angry.
You probably think she is a ruthless waste of space, but alast I will tell you about her good trait (s) . She is the most trusting and reliable person you will ever know. In-fact, she hasn't broken a single secret. She thinks liars are turds who deserve to be killed. Though, that's what the Hunger Games are for eh?
Additionally, Annabel is pretty self cautious. Beauty is her second priority, following training. After begging for days, she was finally allowed to wear make up, which she now uses constantly. In conclusion, Annabel is ruthless, determined, a self cautious brat, arrogant, and trusting.
[/blockquote]History: [/color] Annabel thinks she has had a great childhood, but for everyone else it has been hell. If Annabel didn't get her way, over anything, she would throw a fit. Not just a regular temper tantrum, but it got to the point where she would lunge what ever she could get a hold of at whoever she was angry at. Her parents stopped standing up to her when she learned about throwing knifes, which she would turn to when she got infuriated. Now she has gotten better at controlling her temper, but it still would not be wise to make her angry.
In grade school, Annabell was thought of as a bully even though she was small. Most of the kids were afraid of her, mostly because she would threaten them if they didn't let her go first in line, or if they wouldn't let her cheat on a test.
Annabel probably would have never gotten over her anger problems if she wasn't admitted into a mental hospital for children at the age of 9. She was lucky that she didn't get sent else where or even killed, based on what she did. Her little sister Gwen was snooping around her room looking for the stash of the candy Annabel received when District 1 won the Hunger Games. It wasn't good timing for poor Gwen, especially since Annabel had a throwing knife right in her hand. Why was Annabel carrying around a throwing knife? We still don't know, but that was her parent's least concern when they came up stairs to find a knife wedged in Gwen's back.
Gwen was in critical condition for several months, but later recovered half a year later. Since Annabel's parents are extremely rich, and are also close friends with the District Mayor, Annabel was let off easy. Although she did have to go to a mental hospital, but in the long run, that helped Annabel reduce her anger problems. [/blockquote]Codeword: odair
