Izabella is only 5'8." Most people tower over her when she doesnt have her 4 inch heels on. Iza's blonde hair stops and her shoulders. Her dark brown eyes offset the blonde hair. The lips are full, but the front teeth are slightly buck. Her ears have two piercings in them which show off her rebellious side. Izzie's face is cream colored. Overall it is never recognizable without the ridiculous amounts of makeup she wears.

Hot Mess

Izabella may be a brat, but she is the voice of reason. She has this way of getting into people's heads and manipulating their emotions. For a nineteen year old girl in District 1 she automatically cares yoo much about her appearance. The only clothes she wears are frilly and very girly. Every once in a while she gets her hands on an alcoholic beverage and goes a bit overboard. Those times she can usually be found smoking, too. Izabella always gets what she wants. When she doesnt, mainly with guys, she'll do whatever it takes to get what she wants.

History

Izabella's mother was sent to the asylum when Izabella was 12. Iza never visits her because the asylum is gross. Iza's brother, Jermair, is 24 and is the only one who checks in on her. Her father works in the transportation business and is away in the Capitol most of the time. Izabella lives a lonely life in the family mansion while her brother lives away with his girlfriend that Izabella hates.
