Name: Aeron Scott Hone
Age: Fourteen Years Old
Gender: Male
Location: District ThreeAppearance:Bony and tall, the boy looks like he could possibly be made of apricot-colored twigs. Touching his rather soft skin reveals to you that he isn't made of wood and isn't covered with bark. The boy's lanky limbs could never actually be snapped in half, but you can't tell from a far distance. Aeron isn't ashamed of this - his body is still growing and developing - some other kids in his district look like this, too. Of course, working inside all day with computers isn't a major body-builder, so strength is something that he doesn't exactly have. Those aren't the only excuses he has.
Though he appears to be a sickly-looking boy, he's actually quite healthy - which can be found out easily; his skin is colored. If he were to be sick or ill, he would be a pale, ghastly color. Instead, the outside of him has turned into a nice, tan color. Occasionally his soft skin will get burnt from the sun, only if he's outside for too long. And really, the only reason Aeron's skin is so tan - not a pale color - is because he doesn't have to work as much as older people; he isn't mature enough, he isn't smart enough, he's too young to have all the needed skills.
Weighing at 93 pounds, he's reached a good weight; never eating too much or too little. Most of his weight is probably gained from his abnormal height (at his age at least) - 5 feet and 7 inches. His BMI is fine, and he doesn't really worry about how his weight weighs up to his height.
He has honey-blond hair that's almost similar to his chestnut eyes that are only a shade or two darker than his wavy, medium-length hair. His teeth are as shiny as his sister's were. Aeron's nose and ears are both small, turn red when he's tired or embarassed, and can wiggle if he wants them to. His cheekbones are high and prominent, just like Katie's... His shoulders are sloping; yet to broaden at his young age. His neck is long, though not abnormal.
He has long and bony fingers, as his toes. Also, his toenails and fingernails also both have dirt in them. Aeron might occasionally bit his fingernails if he's nervous or something.Personality:One thing Aeron knows about himself (but doesn't tell much people) is that he's a sensitive dude. No, there's nothing wrong with that, but that fact might simply give people the idea that he's a cry-baby and such. Sure, Aeron doesn't care too much about it - as being sensitive shows you actually care about something - but just because he is sensitive, he doesn't mean he has to announce it to everyone he knows. Of course, he wouldn't cry if someone accidentally split his drink, but if someone makes fun of his high voice - that's starting to crack - for being a bit feminine, he might get a little teary.
Aeron is simply one of the biggest people who is a fool for love. And even worse, he looks for a relationship in the all the wrong places [he must have asked out three girls he had a crush on that already had a boyfriend, or just plainly rejected him]. Mostly curiosity and optimism lead to this, as he's always wondering if the girl hes into, is into him. He also always gets his hopes hope, convincing himself that the girl will say yes. In reality, he only been in one relationship, but it did last for a few good months, but his girlfriend just didn't 'feel a connection' anymore. His mom - one of the greatest believers in love - reassured him saying "You're too young for love anyways." and "There are many other fish in the sea." The truth is, the first cut is always the deepest. and he'll never forget that girl. Aeron is most definitely straight, and never found any single boy attractive.
To come flat out, Aeron is a bit self-centered. That doesn't mean he wouldn't help somebody dying, it just means that he wants to insure his own safety before helping someone else. He simply wouldn't want to be the hero of most stories. But, if it's a small task [getting a glass of water, helping them with homework, or giving advice] he probably wouldn't turn the request down. Sometimes, Aeron realizes people will treat him like he treats other people, so he decides helping out once in a while isn't a big crime.
Aeron always wanted to be an electrical engineer when he grows up. Of course, he doesn't really know what other people in different Districts do, but working with computers when he gets older doesn't sound like a completely horrid thing. To achieve is minor goal of being an electrical engineer, he studies for school, listens meagerly to teachers, and doesn't get distracted by his classmates chattering away. He gets almost-perfect grades, and his mom encourages him to live out his dream each-and-everyday.
He can be a bit of a funny-man at times, but he normally doesn't need to be told twice. Aeron's jokes are never immature inappropriate jokes, mainly stuff about talking apples and chickens crossing the road. He's a very mature person for his age, thank you very much, and is actually very responsible and never procrastinates. He's also a pacifist [non-violent person], so he hates any thing that involves shedding blood. Sometimes he over-thinks things and gets too worked up over it.
Aeron likes to talk a lot, like, a lot, more than maybe anyone else. He doesn't care who it is, or what they look like, he'll drone on for half-a-hour about frogs he saw yesterday. He isn't very shy, so he might just walk up to a random person and yap away. The only time he manages to keep his mouth shut is during school, in which no distractions are allowed. If he's tired, sometimes he can't get as many words out, but usually he's jittery and hyper. Sometimes, now though, because of his sister's death, he' can be quiet and shy at times.
One of Aeron's favorite things is school, because that helps his education. In school, Aeron's favorite subject is writing, and he might write short stories sometimes. Of course, being a fool for love, Aeron likes it a lot, as long as it's with the right person. His favorite type of food ever is definitely sour food, which makes his mouth and tongue tingle in sheer delight. Lastly, and surprisingly, one of Aeron's favorite things is the outdoors; even though he spends a lot of time inside, he always wishes he can be outside in the sun, but that only happens about once or twice a week, sometimes more; sometimes less.
By now, most people get the picture that Aeron is committed to school 120%, and he hates failing any tests. He also hates when relationships fail, even if it is for the best. Even though Aeron isn't gay or bisexual, he hates people who make fun of homosexuals, since it's sort of rude and pointless. He completely dislikes sports, due to his clumsiness and poor hand-eye-coordination. He also hates when people - boy or girl - are show-offs and trying to act better than the rest. Lastly, Aeron hates the Hunger Games, no one deserves to die like that, even if they did something wrong. It's a given that he can't eat dairy, and so he doesn't like it (lactose-whatever-it's-called).
Dreams are something everyone has. One of Aeron's dreams is not get reaped (which is not possible since his sister Katie didn't win). Also, Aeron hopes to find someone - a girl - who he can love forever, along with two kids. He clearly wants to get a good, no great, no amazing education and become an electrical engineer. Also, he just wants to live live long without any regrets, and at the moment, he doesn't have any. (He also secretly wants to meet his birth-father, but doesn't let anyone know.) Aeron, lastly, wants everyone on Panem to just live happy lives, and live in peace and harmony.
Aeron is afraid of bees because they hurt him and he hates enduring any type of pain. The dark frightens him since he doesn't know where he's going and who is with him. The Hunger Games scares him a lot, and he thinks it scares most people. He's also afraid of death, and wants to live to one-hundred-thirty years old, which is obviously unrealistic. He isn't a brave person, which makes his fears even worse. Additionally, Aeron isn't outgoing, and doesn't have to face his fears a lot, which is great."What does he look for in girls?"
They have to be nice and respectful. He has to be able to trust them with anything. Aeron's crushes aren't really that ugly, but he mainly looks for personality. The girl has to be mildly smart and around his age. The first thing he looks for in a girl is a good, if not perfect, smile. Lastly, Aeron wants someone who can make him laugh and smile and forget about life every single second.
At the moment, Aeron is pretty proud of how he acts. He normally doesn't change who he is for anybody. He's always the same person he was yesterday.History:Aeron was born to a man and women's offspring - but to this day, no one knows who the father is. Even the mother doesn't recognize his name; whether it's Tom or Travis. Aeron never understood this, he doesn't understand how his mother - someone who believe greatly in true love - would have a one night stand with some random guy. Aeron also didn't know about his life, like that Katie Morven is his sister (at some rate), they both share Kendra Hone as a mom. But Katie Morven will be discussed a bit later. Anyways, Aeron Scott Hone was born thirteen years ago in District Three.
Growing up, his mom cared for him nicely - supporting him in everything he wants to do, never hurting him physically or mentally, assuring him that his life is okay, and making sure Aeron is happy, healthy, and himself. His mom wasn't very rich, but she wasn't poor, either. She was what some people would call 'filthy rich,' and so she could always put a meal on the plate three times a day for her and Aeron. He never complains if the food on the plate is something he doesn't find tasteful; he knows that his mom works hard to support the small family. But, if he had the chance, Aeron would choose the foods his family eats every day.
School was easy for Aeron - he passes each year easily, and never failed one test... yet. At school, Aeron payed attention and never talked. At night, his mom helped him study which helped Aeron pass in flying colors. He knew that doing good in school meant he would get a good job when he's older - an electrical engineer.
When Aeron was ten, he met a girl named Elizabeth, who was also ten. She had the prettiest eyes and nicest laugh and best hair. Aeron instantly had a crush on her when he first saw her. Aeron would always do stupid things to impress her; be a class-clown, try to be 'the fastest one' during recess; all that silly stuff. One day, Aeron had Elizabeth come over after school. He was scared; more nervous and excited than scared, but still scared. When she left, Aeron realized he had a fun time, and as she walked out, she gave him a kiss on the cheek while his mom was talking to her mom. When Aeron went inside, his mom had told him something. "Aeron... Liz is moving to District Five. Her dad's skills are needed elsewhere, and... She's leaving tomorrow morning. She had chosen to spend her last day with you...." Aeron broke down in tears. Even though that sad day still haunts him, he looks for love. He hopes to someday meet Elizabeth again, and find love with her.
Last year was the only reaping that meant something to him, well, at first it didn't since he didn't know who anyone was. Standing there, he was almost certain no one he knew was going to get reaped. "Ladies first," the mayor said, reaching into the glass bowl. "Katie Morven!" Aeron had no clue who she was. The male tribute, well, it was some Karl Miller kid, as long as it wasn't Aeron, he was fine.
After the reaping, he went home to see his mom crying her tears out while lying in her bed. "What's wrong, mom? What happened?" Aeron was afraid Elizabeth had gotten reaped, instead, it was even worse. "Aeron, Katie Morven," - adding a sniffle - "is my daughter, and your half-sister." Aeron stood there. He had a blank expression. He knew his mom wasn't lying, if she was, then why was she crying so hard? Aeron lied down next to his mom on the bed. That whole day, the only time any of the Hone's left the bed was to go pee, or go eat. Aeron wouldn't have anything to say if he visited Katie. His mom, she would get yelled out for leaving her father. There was nothing they could do.
As the games started, everything was fine, perfect actually. Katie was strong, and made it to the top eight. And then the top three. Although Katie had never killed someone before (as far as Aeron knows), she had killed Zuka Faybi. Anyone could see how sick she had made herself. The games bought the "Morven's" back together. Aeron and his mom visited Katie's dad frequently, and their relationship was really strong. When Katie was killed,
everything c o l l a p s e d .
Not only did district three seem a hostile enviroment, but whatever was between Kendra and Katie's dad was now, well, nothing. Katie's death had made them realize that things are going to change, and not only for the best. Another that collapsed was a day of Aeron's life. Not only did Katie die, his sister he never met, but no one remembered it was his birthday the day after. Aeron was not important, everyone else he knew was talking about Katie.
Aeron could never hate someone he never met.Other:Aeron is; played by Lucas Cruikshank, finally done, and the half-brother of Katie Morven.
