He is 17 years of age.

╪{A P P E A R A N C E}╪

Darox has the shaggy black hair that makes you think he's depressed, since he normally hides his forehead and eyes beneath a sheet of it, and truth be told, he is. Darox's hair normally feels greasy from lack of washing, but it's easy to shape. His light, almost translucent, pale skin contrasts against his hair, which sort of makes it look even darker than it is, yet you can see some freckles on his face, more specifically on his cheek and nose - which gives him a more childish look - and adds to the fact that his skin isn't transparent. He used to admire his freckles, but he soon realized that they would cause nothing but getting taunts from kids at school, since anyone can find a way to tease someone.

Darox's face is also dotted with pimples which he just ignores, he used to try to pop them or whatever, but Darox just realized it made it worse. His fingers are quick yet covered with blisters from working with electricity - he ignores them and just tries to cover them with bandages. You can normally see some dry blood or dirt inside his dirty fingernails, which he shows no affection towards. Darox's hands are unusually bony and his wrists easily expose his blue veins. His long arms only show small bits of dark brown hair, and several cuts, from personal depression. Also, Darox's arms really don't contain a lot of muscle, mainly just skin and bones, since exercising and eating healthy aren't really one of his major priorities. Darox also wears glasses sometimes, but he doesn't seem to use them, or need them as much as he used to. His toenails are the same as his fingernails, except that his toenails lack the dry blood, but the dirt is still there, and Darox does wear shoes. Darox's has misty, yet vibrant blue eyes which make appear even more mysterious than he really is.

Also, if his black long hair is near his ocean-colored eyes, the irises appear even brighter. Darox's skin actually goes quite well next to his foggy eyes. His eyes are in the shape of almonds and are pretty big. The eyelashes on his eyes are only a little bit lighter than his dark black hair, and not very thick. His eyebrows are a dark brown color, and are shaped in a very slim arch. Under his eyes you can see bags from lost sleep. Darox's cheeks aren't very sullen or thin, but they're long and not too plump. His head would be shaped ovular if it wasn't for his cleft chin, which sticks out at the bottom and has some bits of hairs, same with his upper lip. His lip is a dull salmon pink color. They're also thin and are left a bit open - revealing his slightly yellow teeth - when he's dazing off. Darox's front teeth are rather big, but the rest of his teeth are okay, they aren't too crooked. His thirty-two teeth are all there - which Darox likes.

His tongue is short and, like everyone else, has little bumps on it, and some scars, since he tends to bit it when he gets nervous. His tongue is almost the same color as his thin lips. Darox is six feet and three inches, and weighing at 154 pounds, which is just a little underweight for his height. His legs are long, yet slender and thin, with many bruises on his shins from hitting low objects, of just tripping into miscellaneous things. Darox's legs are also covered with hair, and doesn't have any intention to shave it. Darox doesn't like wearing anklets but he does wear some string bracelets, which his sister gave to him. Darox doesn't have any piercings. His idea of style is anything that is black, hugs his legs, and keeps him warm. The shirts he wears are normally short sleeved in the summer and spring, when it's warm, and in the winter and late-fall, he wears a sweatshirt. He normally always wears black colored clothing, and his black pants cling to his thin legs. His shoes are basic canvas, and he isn't really a hat person.

╪{PERSONALITY}╪

Being seventeen and all Darox is at the age where he's 'finding himself out,' or whatever. He doesn't know what to do with this life even though his dad is encouraging him to work with electricity and make electric devices. As if he had a choice, practically everyone in District 3 grew up and did something with electricity. He'd rather be like, an author or something, since he's fond of writing and reading. Darox is sort of a strange kid, but he likes to follow his dreams, no matter how preposterous they get. When he was five, he wanted to be a monkey, and he always wore a monkey costume. He likes to talk to inanimate objects, hoping they're realize what he's suffering, but for some reason, they never reply to him. To cover the stress and all that, he slits his wrists. Cutting his arms led him to therapy, and his parents are disappointed in their only child - they had another one, but the eldest one was always more important to them. Darox is probably one of the clumsiest people you'll meet and trips over his own feet, on an hourly basis. Because of the lack of hand-eye coordination, he isn't a very athletic person, which leads to the fact that he isn't very muscular. He also doesn't care what he eats, as long as it won't kill him, because he spent several nights crying himself to sleep, afraid he was going to die, just like his sister did.

Also, Darox hates vomiting, but feels relieved when it's over. his view on The Hunger Games, he wants to murder everyone who thought of it and eat their bodies. Sure, he isn't a cannibal, but they caused his twelve-year-old sister's death, and that was something they couldn't take back. Even though Darox is depressed, he isn't socially awkward, and isn't very shy. But he likes to be friends with people he can trust. He is also a vegetarian - which is hard since getting any type of food is a bit hard sometimes - but he believes no animals should be harmed, and humans are technically animals. He gets pissed off if people correct him, like say he said "Me and my mom", anyone who said something like "It should have been my mom and I" would annoy Darox. He has a tendency to also get annoyed at loud noises, but not flashing lights, he stared at the bright sun for almost twenty minutes. When he gets bored, Darox has a tendency to tap his feet, and he likes music, but isn't obsessive.

Darox is straight, and homophobic. Gays and lesbians and bisexual people disgust him. He believes that there are males and females so they can reproduce, and there are more children. He isn't really ashamed about this since he'd rather be himself than someone he isn't. He could also tend to be bossy to some people, and says stuff he doesn't mean to say, well more like stuff he doesn't want to say. Darox can be as energetic as a five year old if he eats too much sugar. But, he also gets tired easily. Darox's stomach alos hurts daily, but he realized that it was from depression - something his therapy person told him. He never really smiles or laugh, and he has low self-esteem, but people - like family - try to make him feel good, but he doesn't like people giving him pity. His favorite color is black, and his favorite food is salad. Darox enjoys a life that is risky yet he refuses to take drugs or drink alcohol, because it would ruin everything he has.

╪ { H I S T O R Y } ╪

On a day on the beginning of Spring, Halika Lashe had a baby boy, and the father was named Juiloas. They named the little boy Darox - Halika's brother's name. Darox learned to walk and talk at the age of two - nothing special happened before this - and his first word was: mama - and he always favored his mom over his dad. When he was two, his parents also had a daughter, who was named Clazia. Darox was only two years older than Clazia but he protected her from scary stuff. Every night, Darox would check under her bed for monsters. Unlike some siblings, they had a great connection, but their parents always payed more attention to their eldest child - Darox - and Clazia didn't get a lot of attention. When Darox was seven, Clazia was five, and when Darox was nine, Clazia was seven. Darox became a vegetarian when he was twelve. He also got really nervous on his first reaping day, but now he realizes they are nothing.

When Clazia was twelve and Darox was only thirteen, Clazia was reaped for The 53^rd Hunger Games. She died in the bloodbath and that's when Darox became depressed. All he loved, his sister's laugh, smile, blond hair, and deep freckles, disappeared before his blue eyes, and he couldn't do anything to stop it. That's when he developed a certain hatred for The Hunger Games. His parents also regretted treating Clazia so wrong, but now they know they were wrong, and they're going to live in that guilt forever. Darox no longer had any interest in exercising, he continued to be a vegetarian, but he thought it was sick how some people trained to kill other humans. ~~Can someone say barbaric?~~

Darox started cutting himself when he was fifteen, and he also started talking to inanimate objects when he was fifteen too. That's when his parents started taking him to therapy. Since his family was pretty wealthy, they didn't have to worry about the money. Most of the time, when Darox was in therapy, he wondered why the person who told everything he already knew was talking to him, and why his parents even wasted their time here. No time talking to a stranger, or creating mental images, would give Darox his sister's life back. Darox is healthy today but is still depressed and drug-free. He doesn't see the point in killing other humans, and blames all of his life on District 13, because they had to fight against the Capitol, creating The Hugner Games, which killed the Clazia, Darox's sister, and the closest thing in Darox's life. Someone he could actually say he loved.
