Halt D3

Halt is an attractive person. He has sandy blonde hair that hangs messily down to his shoulders and slightly tanned skin. He has several scars from being fairly reckless. He has some lean muscle and is fairly strong. He is a bit on the tall side and still growing. His stormy gray eyes are friendly but cunning. His fingers are quick and graceful, albeit scarred. Halt always wears a plain silver ring on the ring finger of his left hand.

Halt is the kind of guy people just want to be around. He loves building things, and his room is full of complicated designs and contraptions. He is friendly but cunning. Halt's favorite weapon is a scythe, which he has been practicing with ever since he was old enough to hold one. He doesn't want to kill anyone, but is prepared to in case he is picked for the Hunger Games. He has a German Shepherd named Zig that he has owned since he was a little kid. Zig goes everywhere with Halt, who considers Zig to be his closest friend. Halt is very social but doesn't mind being alone in his room for hours coming up with different inventions. Halt has insomnia, so he usually stays up late to make blueprints and build things. Despite him not getting much sleep, he has lots of energy and is very active.

Halt is a single child. His parents are always working late and are hardly ever around, but they felt bad about it so they got Zig, Halt's dog. Halt spends much of his spare time coming up with new inventions, but he has a lot of friends and is very popular.
