Diane Wentley, Wanderer (Finished!)

Diane is 5'7" and 120lbs. Most of her weight comes from muscle, which she gained from traveling constantly. Diane isn't tan, as she sunburns easily and therefore travels mostly at night, out of the sun. She has light blond hair and green-blue eyes. Her hair is darker at the roots and her eyebrows are the color of her roots.

Diane's face is square-shaped. (It's not like a square, that's just what her face shape is called.) Since Diane is slightly below the ideal weight limit for her height, she is skinny. You can see her ribs. She has a large scar on her fore-arm, courtesy of an angry mountain lion.

Diane doesn't speak much. As a result, her voice is very hoarse. She doesn't let anyone in (emotion-wise), since the last time she did, she got burned. The one creature she trusts is her dog. Also, since she wanders, she doesn't see many people. The people she does run across, she usually leaves as fast as possible.

Diane enjoys solitude. This came from her girlfriend dumping her, resulting in an emotional breakdown. She used to be a cheerful, bubbly girl, but when she recovered, she decided that she couldn't trust anyone and shut out the world. The only creature she enjoys being around is her dog. That's only because he's been with her since he was a puppy and she knows he will never abandon her.

Diane is pretty much nocturnal. She travels at night, sleeps during the day, and does all her other activities at night. She hunts with a spear, as her aim with a bow sucks. She occasionally hunts with a knife (when she has one,) but she prefers her spear.

Diane's mother and father were two normal citizens from District 3. They run a factory where they make leather purses, so they are rather well off. She had a nice childhood, up until the 49th Hunger Games. That was when her twin sister was Reaped.

Her twin sister was killed in the 49th Hunger Games by a homosexual boy. This turned her parents into huge homophobes. However, when Diane was fourteen and a half, she realized she was a lesbian. When she came out to her parents, they became extremely angry and threw her out of the house, calling her a "traitor" to her sister's memory.

After her parents threw her out, she went directly to her girlfriend's house and persuaded her to run away. However, after a month in the wild, Diane and her girlfriend argued about who was doing what in their relationship and that they weren't doing enough etc. This ended in Diane's girlfriend dumping her and going back to 4.

Diane then had an emotional breakdown. When she recovered, she decided that she couldn't trust anyone and shut out the world. The only creature she enjoys being around is her dog, Wolfie.
