Benjamin Finley, District Four

Benjamin (Ben) is quite tall, standing at about 6'1". His jade green eyes have an effect like no other. His short, spiked hair is jet black and shines white in the sun. His upper arms have much more muscle than any other part of his body from years of fishing and his chest is darkly tanned. He enjoys fishing with his shirt off on sunny days and basking in the sun's warmth.

Ben is a sweet boy and hates to make others angry. Though it takes a lot, he will stand up for what he loves and believes in. The kindness in his soul is projected through his actions and when looking deep in his eyes, his love can be seen. He is quite intelligent and can sometimes outsmart even the cleverest of people. Even though Ben doesn't get jealous easily, he does take any relationships that he has seriously. For this reason, he does not get involved with too many girls, as he does not see the point in wasting his time with girls that aren't "the one".

Ben has led a very normal life to date. Both of his parents remain alive and well, though their marriage does seem to be a little rocky at times. They try to pull it together for Ben and his sister, Nikole, but it is sometimes a wasted effort: both children understand what is happening. Ben and Nikole are twins and spend a fair amount of time together. Because they don't have many other friends, their days are usually spent fishing together at their favourite pond. Since they usally spend the day at the pond, they can be found wearing bathing suits under their clothes. It gets hot during the middle of the day, and they love to take short dips in between fishing. His sister, Nikole, has a boyfriend of 2 years and is seriously considering marriage, though she knows it won't be for a while. Ben approves of Nikole's boyfriend, Wes, and often hangs out with him, too.
