Cairo Elispe
X
Cairo Elispe stands six foot no inches tall with enough muscle to lift a one-hundred fifty pound weight. He weighs about one hundred and seventy pounds on a scale. Cairo has wide shoulders and huge hands and feet. His arms, when relaxed, if ever, hang to his thighs and has long legs, built for speed and power. His torso is long, and his neck thick.
Cairo Elispe has a long, contoured face, with sharp cheekbones and a prominent nose. His mouth is large, with full lips that never seem to curl up into a smile. Above all is his (in his opinion) more noticeable feature, with almost sunken eyes the lightest shade of grey that you will ever see inhabit one's eyes, the same color as his mothers'. His eyes always seem squinted, skeptical, as if trying to figure you out. His lashes are short and his eyebrows neat, copper lines. His forehead is low and his hair tufts down in a short manner, but not shaven. It is a light brown, almost coppery, and is always brushed neatly, parted down the middle.

personality
X
Cairo Elispe is an angry, driven boy, mostly kept to solitude. He, until the age of seven, had led an absolutely regular life. He went on picnics, swam in ponds, played games with his sister, Rose, and caused disruptions as a regular child did. He was laid back, and easy going.
As he got older, and his father got more and more harsh on him, he became more and more harsh on himself. Cario gradually lost self esteem until it turned from self esteem issues to anger, towards his dad, his mother, anyone who crossed him. The only one he never really got upset at was his sister. In his seventeen years of age, he never has gotten angry at his sister, and likes to think of her as his confide.
Cairo, on the inside, is soft. He wants to enjoy life, to sit in the shade of a tree, and eat a picnic, or swim for fun in a pond. He has, however, built walls around him that are only accessible by a very tall ladder. He repels love, but in the inside adores it. He pushes away those who care for him, bu secretly needs more. He tries shrinks into the shadows, but desperately needs attention. He wants to be pushed, but he doesn't want to be shoved.

history

Cairo Elispe was born seventeen years ago, in a wealthy home in District 4. His mother was wealthy as a girl and had all the money handed down to her, freeing the family of any need to go to work. Cairo was raised with only the finest; food, shelter, clothing, all that kind that a child never seems to care much about. He did everything that a child enjoys, playing in the mud, swimming in the pond behind his house, playing simple-minded games that he created with his sister. His father never supported his childhood, but rather sat and cringed while he tracked in mud and brought in his new toad named Henry, or played girlish games with his sister.
At the age of seven, Cairo went to school, enjoying it immensely. He did his work and nothing else, wanting to be smart. His sister could coax him away for a few minutes to an hour to swim in the pond or catch frogs that they obviously thought looked like Henry but obviously were not Henry. At the age of eleven, his father cracked the whip of hostility. His mother was against it, but to her dismay, couldn't stop him.
Cairo's father, Lucius Elispe, cut off all of his childs' play. He monitored wherever he went and forbade the pond and any contact or play with his sister, who distracted him easily. His mother threatened with divorce, so Lucius let easy a little, but after the threat was passed he doubled his efforts. Cairo trained, worked with weapons, and did anything to help his school work. He began to resent his father and withdrew into his shell and began to build his walls.
