Appearance:
Harrell has the build of a Career Tribute. She is stocky and strong. She is about 5'8. She is tan from working on the docks. Harrell has wavy auburn hair that falls about halfway down her back at its longest. She has deep brown eyes that are almost perfectly round. She has freckles on her arms and legs (and hates them), but none on her face. The most appealing thing about Harrell is her bright smile, when you're lucky enough to see it.Personality:
Harrell is not very social. She has a boyfriend and two or three people she considers friendly acquaintances. Harrell is a dreamer. Most of her free time is spent with a journal in hand, sitting on the docks of District 4. Harrell loves to write more than anything. It helps keep her sane. It helps her leave the real world. It is her escape. Second only to writing, Harrell's passion is reading. She reads any scrap of paper she can get her hands on. She likes school and does quite well. Harrell loves the sea, and it becomes her inspiration. Harrell's favorite thing in the world, however, is snow, and she loves to see the district covered in it.History:
Harrell's father won the Hunger Games at the age of 17. Her mother died several years ago from a disease. Harrell's father is one of the few sane victors. Since he usually goes off to mentor the tributes of District 4, Harrell becomes the primary caregiver during the Hunger Games. She has an older brother who has also won the games, but is close to drinking himself to death, an older sister who died in them, and a twelve year old sister named Kylie whom she would give anything for. When not working or daydreaming, Harrell can be found training for the Hunger Games. She intends to volunteer at age 18, if proved to be the best eligible female in the district.Codeword: muttations
Harrell views the Hunger Games as a compulsory part of life. She will volunteer, just as all her family has done before her, and she knows she will win, just like her brother and father. Still, she dreams about a day when fear and death will not rule the lives of Panem's citizens
