Mo is a taller girl. She stands at about 5'9.5 and is is kind of big boned. She definitely not overweight, but she's not super skinny. She just pretty much average. Her hands are larger, and are callused from all the working on her dads boat. But that makes for faster progress. Her feet are big too and are hardly ever in shoes. Barefoot is the way to go for her. Mo has naturally fair skin, but has a practically permanent farmers tan and usually a bit of a burn and her body is speckled with freckles.

Mo has a very circular head, more on the square side. Her lips and ears are small, but her nose is long and her eyes are big. Her eyes are an extremely dark navy blue color, almost like the sea. Her cheeks are dotted with freckles and are always rosy red from the sun. Her hair is very thick and reaches about 3 inches below her shoulders. It is a very dark brown and the top but has blonde hightlights underneath from being in the sun so much. It is very wavy and and usually smells like salt water.

Maureen is usually wearing khaki shorts and an oversized tank top. She also wear many hemp and beaded bracelets and an anklet on her left foot. Mo also has many earrings. On one ear she has then going all the way up, and on the other she has her tragus, anti-tragus, conch, rook, daith, snug, helix, and industrial piercing.

Mo is a kind of the gentle giant type. She loves just about everyone she meets and wants help them all too. She is independent and strong willed. At sometimes she can be outspoken and a bit loud. She is very kind though and always has a kind intention, even if she might not seem that way.

Mo is never very insecure. She is outgoing and fun to be around. She kind of has a go with the flow kind of attitude. She loves being out in the water. Her dad sometimes calls her his little Mackerel. It's embarrassing yes, but she just laughs and smiles because she loves her dad so much.

But what Mo is very insecure of is that her mother died of Huntingtons disease when she was 37 years old. This means that there was a 50% chance that Mo might get it. She is always paranoid when something strange happens to her, even if it is subtle because it might be a symptom. So she always has that in the back of her mind and whenever people mention things about diseases she shys away and gets uncomfortable.

Mo was born to her two loving parents who loved the sea just as much as her. They had a small home on the beach. But they at first didn't want to have children because Mo's mother had a strange disease, Huntingtons. It was either Mo would get it, or she wouldn't. As Mo got older they always looked for symptons or anything, but then her mother's condition got worse.

It scared Mo as a girl to see her mother like that. She would jerk around and get confused. At one point she asked who the little girl on the coach was when Mo had gotten home from school. She would fall and move like something else was controlling her. Eventually it overtook her and left Mo with her sad father. But life moves on and Mo's dad continued to work down at the docks. Mo swore that she would learn to be a doctor after her mom died, but her grades were never that good and her real passion fell to swimming. She always felt a bit guilty about swimming when she should be doing homework, but loved it too much.

She now had her own little shed outside where she would make new things out of shells, sell things she found under water, or take people out on her dads boat to her favorite coral reefs. Her and her father are very close and their life is altogether great. But they always wait, afraid that the disease that took her mother might rear it's ugly head and take her too.
