Trent Livingston ~D6~

Trent is a six foot tall boy. Trent has short, straight, spiky, jet black hair that is thick and soft. He has a very observing disposition about his face that almost makes him come off as being cautious or untrusting although that's not how he is at all. His skin is quite fair. He has two small moles on his face, one right above his left brow and another on the lower right side of his chin.

He is skinny and lanky yet toned from moving much of his parent’s and uncle’s lab equipment on a daily basis. His arms, long and dangly tend to fit perfect in the front pockets of his hoodies. His fingers are long, his hands, firm and strong but soft and free from callous. Trent has one crooked big toe although it has never affected his running. He tends to wear khaki pants and favors hoodies, fundamentally because he feels secure when his face is hidden. He has deep indigo eyes that are very dark in the light but become bright in the dark.

Trent is a Quiet boy, reflective, resourceful, pensive and almost nonchalant at times. When people give him too much attention he can become very irritable, most people he's gotten close to in the past have grown distant to him knowing what his parents do, because of this he feels unloved and tends to not go out of his way to grow bonds although he desperately wants to.

He only has one sibling; a younger sister named Natalie who is thirteen. He and his sister are very close and spend much time together. His parents always stressed to him that talking always gets you in trouble so this probably contributes to his quiet nature. He does not like being bossed around. Since his parents never spent much quality time with him he thus never learned much respect for authority. He’s extremely intelligent, a quick learning and can adapt to different situations very well. He’s had to adapt to different circumstances often and is used to doing it. He seems to retain his cool headedness only until he gets frustrated or irritated.

What irritates Trent the most is bossed around. But even more than that Trent can't stand to see other people being bullied or picked on. He feels very many conflicted feelings when it comes to this because he doesn't like to see people be exploited or harrassed, yet when and if he decides to help he is at risk of becomimg friends with the person that he helps. When he was a little younger, probably of the age of seven or eight Trent used to be extremely talkative. His intellegence also made him a target for a lot of abuse and therfore he developed a sensitivity to bullying. He promised himself he'd never hurt anyone who was weaker than him and that he'd help others who were harrassed.

His parents, Zander and Roseline, were scientists in District 6. They were working on a secret biological project for the capitol. Trent was only two at the time. Unfortunately the experiment went wrong and there was an explosion. The capitol stripped them of their rank and ever since then they've scrapped for life's necessities like the rest of the district. Later his parents died from an unknown sickness, probably as an after effect of the lab experiment. When Trent grew older his hair changed from blond to jet black, most likely as a result from the accident as well.

After his parents passed away there was about a year that him and his sister walked the streets alone. During this time they learned the darker sides of life in the district and had to develop self-reliance. Because he hates structure and people telling him what to do he avoided going to school but he later remembered the strong feelings his parents had for education and decided especially for his younger sister sake that they should go. While at school he met his uncle, one of the teachers there.

His uncle, Gerard, who was also a scientist as well as a teacher sent by the capitol let him stay with him. He and his uncle never got along and the only time they would spend together is when his uncle needed him to help him around the lab or when he attended school (being that his uncle was also his teacher). Trent as well as his sister has both contracted the same virus as their parents. Trent studies hard under his uncle to become good enough to cure his sister.
