Willow Blacklore, District Six

Willow, the daughter of Dr. Neurona, looks like a baby unicorn. From her traitor father she inherited white blond hair and almost white gray eyes. Her face is full of the innocence of her tender years- an open, friendly face, large eyes and a small nose that curves up at the end. She has straight, white teeth that are nearly always flashing a sweet smile at any person, whether stranger, friend or peacekeeper.

Luckily for her, she is not yet as tall as her mother, for she stands at only five feet two inches tall. She is rather slender, though and shows definite signs of someday being tall- she's grown an inch in one month! Her torso is rather short, but she doesn't mind. It just means she has longer legs. Willow is always on the go, running, jumping, climbing- doing something energetic when she isn't off at school. She always maintains her goody-two-shoes composure despite this activity.

Willow loves to wear pretty dresses, but owns only one that is reserved for the Reaping Days. She doesn't grow much, so she ends up wearing her clothes from two years previous and her friend's clothes. She normally wears a cute skirt that goes up to her midtheigh and a little white short sleeved blouse.

Willow is a capricious little thing despite her innocence. She sometimes deviates to the unexpected and prefers to make decisions there and then with little knowledge towards the circumstances. She is not very good at being flexible, though. She rigidly follows protocol, rules and laws as though she would die if she doesn't- but who knows. She just might.

Her sweetness can honey the most soured personality and she has been known to make friendly with peacekeepers, but this rarely ever developed into a friendship. Behind this mask of sweetness, this goody-two-shoes hides a sharp and well organized wit and a courage that goes to her core. She does tend to be forgetful, though and sometimes forgets even the way back to her own home because of her day dreaming.

Overall, this innocent little girl is somewhat of a cynic, although she keeps her opinions to herself. She tries to look at the bright side until she must look at the dark side, which happens often.

Willow Brianna Blacklore was born to Agregon and Neurona (now Dr. Neurona Blacklore) Helms of District Six in late July. At two, her father turned traitor to the Capitol and was sent screaming into the arms of the Capitolites to be turned into an Avox.

She met and became best friends with a young girl named Lark Jacoby who introduced her to Bold and Lirah, her two older siblings, and Ivy, her baby sister at the time. Willow was instantly smitten with Bold and has kept up a secret crush on him for the past seven years. It was just something about that laugh and those eyes of his that got her heart fluttering like a bird ready to fly.

When she was six years old, her mother remarried to the widower Dr. Spindle Blacklore who Willow just calls Spindle. She loves him better than she loved her own father and considers him to be so, despite her mother's attempts to explain otherwise.

Now, she is eleven years old and getting very nervous. She will be eligible for the next Hunger Games and if she gets chosen, her sister certainly won't be able to volunteer, especially in her condition.
