Hector Alexander 8

Hector's 5'6 with a build thats a little less than average. He's tan from his meant to be part-time job as a sheppard, instead he's out their all the time. He's got straight brown hair, gray eyes, and he's one of those kids who smiles even when something awful's happening,he's been called handsom by most of the girls at school.

Hector's a jack of all trades when it comes down to it. Each skill needed to win the Games he has some knowledge in. He's worked with the spear when he's guarding against wolves and he can throw it a lot farther than most anticipate, but his lack of accuracy limits him, he's in a wild enviorment 12 hours a day so he can survive out their but he's always been prepared out their, he's cunning enough to outsmart woldves, but not evil, and he's killed enough sheep to know to never faulter during but has loads of regret after. He's even learned to not drown, not swim, but not drown.Hector is however amazingly fast in short and long distance and is trusted with so many sheep because of his reflexes, instints, and ability to think on his feet. He's also a prankster, jokster, and lazy. The only reason he hasnt flunked out of school is because of bright he is. He also loves his border collie that herds with him.Loud, hyper, and always in trouble he's loyal but he's never been content with the life he has. He likes to see how people react in certian situations and he can win any argument or negotitian. Hector suffers from a total lack of motivation to do a lot of things, in his mind its a big deal just to get up and move. He's not depressed, the opposit in fact, he loves life. But because of unmotivated lifestyle he things that actions are more important than they actually are and he often goes overboard, or tries to do much.

Hector's parents both work, his mom as a weaver, his dad as a butcher. When he was 9 his uncle started him as a sheppard. His uncle died of disease later and when he was 13 he took over the pasture with three other friends as his help. The reason Hector wouldnt be considered a faviorate at the games other than size, is that he was whipped, a wound that heals yes, but it happened just 3 1/2 months before the reaping. He was whipped because the night after on of his friends broke up with him he was caught drinking in the field. In stead of losing his flock and damaging his familes's chance of buying food he bravly volunteered for the whipping. Hector's also famous for great endurace to pain and his great speed
