Appearance: At 6' 1", Mark is pretty tall. He has darker than average skin, at a darker tone than his mother and sister from years of hunting in the woods, and sometimes in the sun. His dark brown eyes are the color of the gem called tiger's eye. He has hair that is short enough to slightly spike up, but is still long in some places. He has dark blond hair, with longer sideburns than average people. A mountain lion gave him a long scar that runs down his back from right shoulder to left hip.
Personality: Mark is kind to most people, but is full of sarcasm. He only befriends people he gains a deep trust to. Mark isn't too smart, getting about 75% on most quizzes, but he makes up for that bexause he will always back up a good friend. He's best friends with Tynan O'martin, and they always go hunting together.
History: Mark was born in July, and became very fond of the month. He was born to his parents Mark and Jane. Mark has a sister one year younger named Sam. The two have a decent relationship, but always pick on eachother. But they still are brother and sister, and they get along fine. Their father is usually gone in the forest hunting, but comes back later in the night to a meal usually consisting of a large animal, and several kinds of berries and herbs he had gathered.. His mother works around the house when she can't find work in the clothing store in town, and is always happy to have a midday visit from her daughter or son. Mark is usually in the woods during weekdays, but takes days off to work as an artist, selling art at the local home decoration store. Mark doesn't want to go in the games, he can't stand the thought of killing another child. Although he still hopes for a tribut of their district to come home, even an annoying child will be missed.
