Tobi Fron Ward D9

Tobi is kind of short, standing at only 5 feet and 4 inches. He has three inches long hair, that is brown. He has dark brown eyes, that look like black circles from a distance. You can't even see them in dim light. On his face are some blemishes, like most teenagers, around his nose area. Also, he wears glasses that aren't to shabby, but are still pretty wide.

Sometimes Tobi wears a yellow shirt, spotted in bronze coloring. Though he usually wears a black shirt that is vertically striped with a darkish shade of purple. He wears almost everyday, a chain necklace with a dog tag on it. On his left arm is a tattoo of the word six, made in fancy, black, letters. His pants are gray and saggy. Though, to hold his pants up he wears a black and white studded belt.

Tobi acts like he is the "cool" guy. Not that many people like him though, cause he's kinda cocky. While talking to him, he will often compliment himself in ways that annoys others. He thinks a little too much of himself, and will often think he's better than others. So you can say he is a little bit conceded...

Anyways, he isn't the brainiest of kids, actually, he is quite dumb for his age. He doesn't think things through most of the time. His ideas aren't the brightest, sadly. His battle tactics are, surprisingly, superb. Because of hunting, when it comes to battle, he will spend a little more time thinking his strategy over. While hunting, he always wants to bring back something, so he thinks of clever ways to get his kill. Perhaps, another reason why he isn't smart at other subjects is because they bore him. Quite possible?

Most importantly, he is a dick. Or you can call him an ass, your choice. He is mean. He is a jerk. He is a bully. He will pick on others. He doesn't do it physically, because of his size. He does it verbally. He attacks others' weaknesses, attacking whats important to them. To summarize this part of him, he is a dick, just like I said in the beginning of this paragraph.

Tobi had a happy childhood, he met the other kids, played on the playground, all that stuff. A nice kid, yes? No, actually, he was quite mean, a bully. He started being like this when his mother died. He was only five. Tobi's mother died from cancer, one that couldn't be stopped. He lived with his sister, two brothers, and his father.

He wasn't the most sociable kid as he grew up, just another 9-year-old alone on the swings. He couldn't take the pain, he didn't like how his life was going. Most kids looked at him like he was some lonely phyco. Tobi hated the way the bastards never talked to him, ignore him, etc. So he decided to take action. Tobi had been one of the cruelest kids in seventh grade. And that was the way he got attention.

During the middle of eighth grade, he started to feel guilty on how he treated others. He started warming up to people, trying to befriend others. But they rejected, all of them. Because of being a resident of District 9, he started to hunt, taking out his anger on the poor animals that became his victims, imagining that each animal he killed was a kid from school. You could say he was kind of... Mad?(in the insane way) He turned back to his old ways after a while of being rejected from kids at school, self-centered and a jerk, knowing that he will never be loved. He will always be feared.
